First when I put my order in, the website automatically doubled the order. It took me weeks to get that fixed. I did get a refund.
Secondly, the package took longer than advertised to arrive.
Thirdly, the product is made in China. That is not what is advertised. It is advertised as European linen.
Fourthly, it is advertised as a set but includes only a pillowcase and a fitted sheet. No top sheet.
Fifthly, the quality of the material is very flimsy.
Sixly, the customer service takes days to respond.

A scam organisation, claiming to sell "Slow-grown Normandy flax. Woven on traditional looms in Lyon. Sheets that get better with every wash". They charge your credit/debit card immediately, yet postpone your order indefinitely, claiming that it's now ready for dispatch in each and every communication.

Do not buy from this organisation; do your Googling before buying! It's a Shopify store which should be shutdown by Shopify.
