SCAM

Read all the reviews. Do NOT BUY. The site says ships from their US warehouse. It is a third party warehouse that receives the order from China. I dont want to digest a supplement from China. Upon research I tried canceling a day after ordering. Everything being automated and bots, they said it was to late. 3 times I requested their 3rd party analysis. I have not received anything. Now receiving the bottles nowhere on it does it tell where it is manufactured. It is a law for this information to be available. DO NOT ORDER. I have a dispute in with my bank for the 81.00. I hope they can help. I learned some lessons but I saw the ad on Facebook. They should be responsible too

The perfect example of a scam

Same issue as others have described in detail here. A couple weeks after ordering the product, I got a $40 charge for a membership, which does not show up under subscriptions on my account and which I did not authorize. Of course, they ran it on a Saturday at 1am, when they're open only on weekdays. Based on other reviews here, I'm not optimistic I'll be able to talk to a real person or get my money back. I'm not sure what it is about companies that are theoretically based out of Sheridan, WY, but they all seem to be shell companies that ship garbage from China and rip people off.

I’m very disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Nouri and want to share what happened so other customers are aware.

On September 12, I purchased Nouri’s three-bottle special. I did not knowingly sign up for a club membership or recurring membership.

Later, I discovered an unexpected $39 charge on my account. When I contacted Nouri about it, I was told that the $39 charge was for a club membership.

What makes this especially concerning to me is that when I noticed the charge, I logged into my Nouri account to find out what was going on. My account showed NO ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP, and I took a screenshot documenting exactly what my account showed at that time.

I contacted Nouri asking them to cancel the membership, refund the $39 charge, and make sure there would be no additional membership charges. I was told that I had enrolled in their club membership and that the $39 membership charge was not refundable. This was extremely frustrating because I did not knowingly sign up for this membership, and what I was being told did not match what I saw when I logged into my account.

There was also a separate and very confusing issue involving Nouri’s money-back guarantee.

I purchased the original three-bottle package and, after trying the product, I did not notice the results I expected. Because Nouri advertises a money-back guarantee, I asked for instructions on how to return the eligible product and request a refund under that guarantee.

What I expected was a simple answer explaining exactly what I needed to return, where I needed to send it, and how the money-back guarantee worked. Instead, I had to repeatedly ask for clarification and return instructions. The entire process left me confused about what their advertised money-back guarantee actually covers and what a customer has to do to receive a refund.

For me, this experience has involved two separate issues: an unexpected $39 club membership charge that I did not knowingly sign up for, and difficulty getting clear information about how to use the advertised money-back guarantee for the product I purchased.

I have kept screenshots and my email correspondence documenting the membership issue, the $39 charge, and my attempts to obtain return and refund instructions.

I’m sharing my experience so other customers know to carefully review the checkout terms, take screenshots of what they are agreeing to, read the money-back guarantee terms carefully, and monitor their accounts afterward.

I hope Nouri improves the transparency of both its club membership enrollment and billing and its money-back guarantee and return process. Customers should be able to clearly understand what they are signing up for, what they will be charged, and exactly how an advertised guarantee can be used.

One word: SCAM!!!

Weeks after I purchased the pills, I got charged $38+ for some recurring Club membership. I did not sign up for a trial/membership. There was nothing before, during, or after checkout that clearly told me I was enrolling in a membership. Not even in my email confirmation.

I emailed the company immediately about the unauthorized transaction and have not been able to get anywhere with them, despite their own membership refund policy stating, “If you believe you were charged in error, please contact customer support. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.” So essentially, the company’s actual practices directly contradict their stated policies. The process has been unnecessarily difficult and inconsistent.

Also, their 90-day money-back guarantee is another issue and is just whack, IMO. Apparently, the full 90-day protocol must be completed after delivery. Which means you must use the product every day for 90 days, and only then can you request a refund, but you have to request it within 90 days? Like what? Also, what if you only got a 30- or 60-day supply, which still offers a 90-day guarantee? Make it make sense. So much for a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and a "hassle-free" refund experience.

Don’t buy from this scam company

Don’t buy from this scam company. Supplements straight from China marketed as US based. As soon as I realized it was coming from China, I told him I did not want them to refund me. They refused. Not to mention, I saw an extra charge two weeks later for a “club membership” that I didn’t sign up for. They say this is also nonrefundable. The only option is a dispute with the credit card company, which is in process.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES! I tried contacting them within minutes of placing the order to cancel it. They didn’t respond until three days later advising it was already processed/too late to cancel. It took almost two weeks to get a return address from them and it was in CHINA, instead of in USA (it was shipped to me from an address in California). It appears the intent is for you to give up so they keep your money instead of refunding.

When an online seller falsely claims an item is located domestically but then demands you pay expensive international shipping to return a product to China, it is a common Scammer Refund Tactic designed to make the return cost more than the product itself. The goal is to frustrate you into abandoning the refund request or accepting a tiny partial refund.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a follow up of my previous initial review. Since the onset, August 9th, they've given me the runaround. Finally got them to give me return instructions. They say 90 days to return - however, they told me that I have to try them and wait for 90 days to request a return. I didn't have it. Then they gave me return instructions to CHINA at my expense when I was told otherwise initially. I reluctantly take it to USPS and was told it would be $28 to ship back. Fine - at this point I was determined to get my money back from this scam of a company. But, as the USPS clerk was entering the information into the system, it gave her a DENIED response and said that NOURI pills/vitamins are deemed as a PROHIBITED item labeling these as "GENETICALLY MODIFIED BIOMATERIALS" and are banned from shipments!!! I again reached out to them and they said if I want a refund that I have to try other carriers to return them!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY MADDENING! Do NOT trust them at all!!
