Arthur was one of the best tour guides I've ever had! He was soo funny and energetic; he always had a smile on his face and made everyone's day. He had a passion towards the history of Thailand which resonated throughout the tour. Arthur was incredibly caring; if anything happened you knew you could talk to him.

The itinerary had a lot of downtown and there were activities that were advertised but we paid for them.

I honestly can’t thank Suri enough for making our trip to India such an incredible experience. From day one, he made the whole group feel comfortable and looked after, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.

One of the highlights was how much we learnt throughout the trip. Suri shared so much about India’s history, culture and traditions, and you could really tell how passionate he is about his country. It gave so much more meaning to everywhere we visited and made the experience far richer than if we’d explored on our own.

Everything ran so smoothly thanks to him. He was always organised, happy to answer questions, gave brilliant recommendations for places to eat and shop, and somehow always knew the best photo spots too! It was the little things he did every day that really made a difference.

Although I’ve travelled to lots of countries, this was my first organised tour, and Suri couldn’t have made it a better experience. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and making everyone feel relaxed, and by the end of the trip it felt like we were travelling with a friend.

If you’re thinking about visiting India, I genuinely hope you get Suri as your guide. He is an absolute credit to TruTravels, and thanks to him I’ll be leaving India with memories I’ll never forget. Thank you, Suri!

I went on the 13 day India tour and if you are looking for a tour to go on, look no further. Suri is by far the best guide you could have. He is so passionate about his love of India. He always made sure we were safe, happy, and taken care of. I am so grateful for Trutravels for an unforgettable experience. The hotels were amazing and the excursions were everything I wanted and more. If I ever go on another tour I will definitely be going with TruTravels.

I had an amazing time on this tour, I met the best people, explored some places which I didn’t think I would ever be able to experience and created memories which will most definitely last forever. I wouldn’t of been able to be so relaxed about the trip and the travelling if it wasn’t for Arthur, he knew when to be serious and knew when it was appropriate to have a joke, when he did have a joke it was the funniest thing ever and he’s definitely someone who I’ll be talking about forever to my family because not only was he my tour guide but he also became my friend as he gave my advice when needed and was able to blend in to me and my friend humour. I’ll always say good things about this trip and will always have amazing words to say about Arthur.

I did the 14 day northern Thailand tour with Milin as our tour lead and had the most amazing time, we laughed for the whole 14 days, she was so helpful, kind and friendly and always made sure we were safe and comfortable! The tour was so insightful and fun and the places we went were absolutely breathtaking!!!

TruTravels was my first trip with a tour company and I loved every minute of it! I started on the 14 days North Thailand Adventure and it was incredible. The booking process was very easy and straightforward, the communication from them was great, our tour guide (Milin) was the absolute best, the group was amazing, overall an incredible and smooth experience!!!

I wasn’t able to go to the trip due to an illness and they told me I couldn’t get no type of refund for my trip . Not give partial refund. Not only did I have a serve illness but they took my money and said they couldn’t give me anything back. If your going to book and might have to cancel just know your not getting your money back . I will not spend more money just to get my money back !

I’d highly recommend the TruTravels Cambodia tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Cambodia is an incredible country, but what truly made this trip so special was our guide, Nana.

From day one, Nana brought so much energy, kindness, and passion to every part of the tour. He wasn’t just a guide—he became the heart of our group. He made everyone feel welcome, looked after us every step of the way, and somehow managed to bring together a group of strangers who ended the trip feeling like lifelong friends.

His knowledge of Cambodia, its history, and its culture was outstanding, and he shared it in such an engaging and authentic way. He always went above and beyond, whether it was helping with the little things, recommending amazing local food, or making sure everyone was having the best possible experience.

The itinerary itself was fantastic, with the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and downtime, but Nana’s enthusiasm and genuine care elevated every moment. It’s rare to meet someone who has such a positive impact on a group, and I honestly can’t imagine the trip without him.

Thank you, Nana, for making our Cambodia adventure so memorable. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your guide, you’re in for an amazing experience!

Terrible booking experience. I flagged that I could only see the option to pay in USD and the advisor assured me that I could pay in GBS so I expected this to allow me to change to that option during booking. The booking went straight through in USD however then it charged me foreign transaction fee. Upon raising this I had an unhelpful advisor come back who said it was my fault and they would not cover or credit the difference, then refunded me less than what I paid anyway.
Such a shame because I’ve been planning one of these trips for years and finally took the plunge.

Everything was very well planned and organised. Got to see a lot of different sites while still having the time to relax. Our tour guide, Arthur, always made sure everything was going smoothly while still having the time to provide a lot of knowledgeable information and humour

Our guide Luki was such a great and kind human. We all had a lovely and bonding experience doing this tour.

I did the india trip with tru travels and it was amazing. Surya our guide was so lovely, always so helpful. His knowledge of the history was great, learnt so much on the tour and all the trips were enjoyable, udaipur boat ride, the safari and taj mahal were a highlight for sure. Everything was planned very well, always on time and well organized. Honestly would recommend to anyone it was a great experience. For me it was my first time travelling solo in a group and everything being so well organized and the guide being lovely as well as the people on my tour it made everything more enjoyable. Most the accomodation was absolutely stunning would highly recommend. The activites were good also there was a good balance of doing stuff and also having chill time.

The india uncovered is an incredible tour. A great mix of culture and activities. The tour leader was excellent and very knowledgeable on everything in the country and all the religions. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and never worried. The tour leader Surya was always helpful and there when you needed him.

I had the best time in India our tour guide Surya was super informative and made sure we were safe at all times. I honestly didn’t know what to expect but was super surprised and loved every moment. My Appleton and I had the best time!

The trip was exceptionally well organised from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. What an experience the 17day Philippines tru travels tour was. I had the best time! We had an amazing group of people. Alvin was a natural tour leader. There were no issues with transfers, dinners, activities. He brought so much fun and energy to the trip! I will be recommending to all my friends. Salamat 🫶🏻
