Calling customer service because I was charged for 3 months when I used it once within the 5 day window and only supposed to be charged $1. However, I called and was informed that I selected the 3 month option un-beknowing to me and wanted to request a refund for March and April because of not using and I cancelled it February within the 5 day period. They would not work with me at all and I offered to pay for the full month of February. Would not even budge and stated their system could not process refunds, and I proceeded to tell them I hope nobody else is owed a refund since your 'system' can't handle a simple refund.

Easy access to your service. I catcalled my service 2 days after I started and unfortunately though I cancelked i had to contact them to have my money credited back to me. I called yesterday. They service operator stated they will refunding my money. Service operator was very nice and professional.
Today I saw the process for my refund has been scheduled.
Hopefully it will be processed soon.

Truthfinder Blocked Me
Truthfinder took an extraordinarily long time to "produce" a report. Then they required an extra payment of $4.99 to download the report, after a payment of $28.33 for unlimited reports. Apparently, unlimited reports does not include downloads! The next issue occurred when they blocked my new account (after payment) as I began using it, and required me to call them to unblock it. At that point I reported the charges as fraudulent to my bank.

I was NOT able to use your services…
I was NOT able to use your services after signing in because your Welcome message prevented my access, I called & at first:
1. I was told to use Safari/not Google - no luck.
2. I was told to sign in on different tech- not an option.
Then, on 4/20, I got the help I needed. Your staff fixed the problem and helped me access what I paid for. Plus, once I did access the reports, I found both criminal and business info I wanted to know. So, in the end, your service lived up to my expectations. Please tweek the new stuff to prevent this in the future.

Don’t pay the fee, they will not refund it
Went through a exceptionally long process to pull a report. Then was asked to pay the one month fee of 28 and some change. In order to get the report.. was unable to get the report from Tru finders after paying the subscription fee. Then call them to cancel the subscription and get a refund and was told that they could not refund the 28 and change but they would cancel the subscription.. they charge a fee and then did not follow through with the agreed services and then refused to refund the subscription fee fee.

It appears they do not, or cannot, show may many criminal records. I sure don't think you could count on this it to find a criminal record. I give it one start. It appears it seldom, if ever show any marriage or divorce records that may be on public records. appears very little employment records.
