We had such a lovely experience getting our daughter’s Queen Elizabeth’s School uniform here. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.
A very special thank you to Chiezel, who was absolutely wonderful with us! ❤️ She was so patient and understanding, especially with all our changes of mind about the sizes 😅, and never once made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. She really took the time to help us make sure everything was right for Julia.
The whole team made what could have been a stressful back-to-school shopping experience feel easy and pleasant. Excellent customer service, lovely staff, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.
