WHO YOU GONNA CALL........ NOT Trustworthy Gates
Every year every apartment in the block where I live pays an exorbenant services charge which charges for both maintenance and repair fees for the gates whether done or not.
Trustworthy gates are the company which are paid by the property maintenance firm.
Recently my fob stopped working so I rang the number on the gates out of hours. I then followed the message request to further the call. After ringing through several times the call was declined numerous times.
My car was trapped in the secured parking and I had to leave for work urgently on the Friday night. Unfortunately I now have to miss 3 shifts at work because once again HLM Property Management a dodgy firm has another cheap contractor.
Simply answering the phone and giving me the manual override code at the side of the gate would have been sufficient but they can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone at 8PM on a Friday. So much for Customer Service.
It would appear Trustworthy gates are only trustworthy during working hours. Which is mildly invonvieniant as out side of working hours is when 90% of gate access takes place.
