App is full of errors

App is full of errors, do not use, use alternative methods, check other reviews and play store reviews, for Northampton Station, pay via Saba. Sessions not displayed, auto pay being turned off for no reason

Charged wrongly twice for the same…

Charged wrongly twice for the same parking stay.

Parking was paid prior to my journey on the train, once the vehicle left the car park, I received a notification to say that the automatic payment failed. Was advised on the help page to remove and re add payment details and after doing so, I had paid the fee to avoid getting a parking fine and dispute it. I then received another notification that the automatic payment has been made. Essentially I have paid 3 times for 1 parking slot. 3 forwarded emails later and no response.

Total garbage

Total garbage. The ANPR missed me leaving and continued to charge. I had to waste a lot of MY TIME d so sorting it. The system is not fit for purpose and a disgrace that the NHS could waste resources selecting a system that doesn’t work. Much like their computer system still not working properly.

Stressful experience

Trust App not working. Impossible to pay. I emailed twice on the day. No response. I emailed the following day. No response. Having chased up via Train Station they kindly gave me telephone number for Saba. A very helpful member of staff took a retrospective payment. Whole experience very stressful and time consuming.

Rubbish. Cameras recognise going in but not out.

Cameras recognise going in within seconds but when you leave it still leaves an active session even having paid. Absolute rubbish parking at Basildon hospital

foxton locks carparking

Haven't visited foxton locks for some time ,we decided to use the top car near the bridge.On entering the park was clearly signed pay on leaving at machine,not a problem I thought. On leaving I could see a small que of confused looking people. I went over and entered my car registration and a
message appeared"pay with correct
coinage"came up. Not having any change. I read the sign, and was advised to use the
Trust app .... I used the QR code, then had
to make an account,waited for verification
codes,then go to verification emails,the
signal was not particularly brilliant in this
area,I found the app very confusing at one
point I thought I'd paid my £3.00 but hadn't,
thanks to more app savvy young lady I
managed to pay but this took well over 10
minutes to sort out and even the app Savvy
young lady was struggling.How on earth do theses people accept some of the older generations to manage this app?? Contactless payment machines would be so much easier as they have on the bottom carpark. Would not use this carpark or app again

Very Poor

I parked, but on leaving I was unable to pay because the app said 'verify your email address' but hadn't sent me an email. I used the help section on the app to send a message explaining this before leaving & emailed after, but have now been fined, appealed the fine, but my appeal was rejected - appeared as though my appeal had not been read.
