I got a my car ready to pick up - drive 60 miles and I got red engine light coming up in the middle of the motorway - I had to call recovery etc...so very stressful. The reason why I gave 5 stars is because the next day I was able to contact the owner who offered me different options: exchange for another car - full refund - extra discount. They paid for a diagnostic and I was able to get an extra discount for this issue. I know now it is not a massive issue as the light only comes on when 80mph - overall I would have preferred a fully functioning car without discount but I can't turn a blind eye to the customer service I received. I also know one of the mechanics and I can comfortably say that my impression of them is that they are genuine people and sometimes with used cars things can go wrong; that doesn't mean they are malicious or bad people. I would chose them over other dealers that is for sure - you can't buy the human element so easily.

Kind friendly service pleasure to do business with trust motor cars. Will visit them again in the future.

What a shambles, got a car from these guys April 23 all great then smoke bellowing out by bk tyres sun visors glued down few other things wrong so took it bk (i refused to drive it) took it bk after 26 days. Got another one, the focus needed mot so they arranged for me to take it to their given motist she passed but as I’d had trouble with these before I had my mechanic do a checkup on it and there was a clip that needed replacing that should have been a fail. I now don’t trust any dealership first and last time. Oh yeah never got log book either called Dvla my car wasn’t registered. So I’m guessing as I kicked up a stink they didn’t send it🤬

absolutely rubbish company still waiting for v5 log book stupid sales assistant no idea how to deal with customers could of informed the dvla online of the car sold to new keeper but they sent by post v5 log book online is quicker if they do they job properly customers don't have to wait long time for documents to arrive once again rubbish company I recommend not to buy cars from this Trust motorcars Ltd they are dishonest.

Smooth transaction with the part exchange of my car with the van I purchased but I feel there could of been improvements van I purchased. Self cancel indicators didn't work, stereo was locked out on code, had to pay to get code but did get reimburse for this. Van could of been cleaned. Otherwise all went smoothly.

Very happy with the car and Moss was helpful. I surprised him by buying a different one so took a while to sort out but got there in the end!

I’ve now got a great car at a price I was happy to pay

I purchased a VW golf from Moss at Trustmotorcars back in January 2021.

The car was presented in nice condition, and I was allowed a decent test drive.

Moss offered a fair part-exchange price for my old car, and was very understanding when there was a delay in handing over that car due to transfer of a private registration number.
I do not buy a car very often and Moss efficiently guided me through the process.

A mechanical problem occurred after a few months which I had repaired at a local workshop. Upon learning of this, Moss made an unsolicited and generous financial contribution to the repair.

Overall I am very happy with Trustmotorcars and would buy from Moss again.

The car is in excellent condition with low mileage, and the purchase price was very reasonable. The customer service I received was also excellent. I would highly recommend this company to other motorists.
