I have cobra insurance with Trustmark

I have cobra insurance with Trustmark . They say the pay on the first of every month I’ve come to learn in the month of April in May. They’ve canceled my insurance although I paid them! I can’t get any help from anybody. It is always an excuse. We don’t handle that in this department. It’s difficult getting a representative that’s handling your case on the phone and nobody everybody else is not any help. If I had a different choice, I would take it in a heartbeat!
