Update: Still no TS/AT bot.

At this point, nothing has changed. There is still no clear release, no confirmed timeline, and no real delivery despite continued promises.

I hope the owner sees this because supporters have been patient for a long time. We’re not asking for hype anymore—we’re asking for results. Even if the project launches with bugs, at least that would show real progress instead of repeated delays.

Also worth noting: after expressing my concerns in the TS server and simply sharing a definition of “habitual liar,” I was put on timeout. That kind of response only makes things worse and raises more questions about transparency and accountability.

At the end of the day, trust is built through action, not words. Right now, that trust is still not there.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I have been a paying member since its launch in November 2020, and during that time, I have consistently encountered false promises, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customers.
Both TrustedSignals.com and Automatic Trader are owned and managed by Chris P. Despite his repeated assurances, neither platform has received meaningful updates or reliable support. Development progress is minimal, and issues remain unresolved for months at a time. Chris frequently makes promises about new features or fixes that never materialize, and when confronted, he often denies his ownership of both companies even though his own public comments on each platform contradict these denials.

In my opinion, this behavior is misleading and unethical. The companies continue to promote and sell products that do not function as advertised while asking customers to purchase additional “upgrades” or tools that also fail to perform.

Equally concerning is how criticism is handled. I was removed from the company’s Discord group despite being a loyal, paying customer for five years simply for voicing the same concerns that many others in the community shared. When I blocked direct messages from Chris after he attempted to contact me privately, I was subsequently banned. This pattern of silencing dissatisfied customers instead of addressing their issues reflects extremely poor business ethics.

Furthermore, Chris has a recurring pattern of disappearing for extended periods (six months to a year or more) and later returning with new excuses for the lack of progress, such as illness, relocation, or international travel. This repeated absence raises serious doubts about his commitment to maintaining either company responsibly.

In summary, both TrustedSignals.com and Automatic Trader have demonstrated unprofessional conduct, poor accountability, and unreliable product performance. I strongly advise against investing in any of their offerings. If you have already made a purchase, I recommend requesting a refund as soon as possible.

If you could only see the VIP channel, Chris is a scammer and the great liar, that is why we call him "Promise King of Nothing". He’s made several promises already, always saying ‘this week’ and that the bot he promised is on the way—but until now, there’s still nothing. He only gives false announcements. Also, the indicator hasn’t had any updates either. Don’t buy this—it’s just a waste of your money.

Also don't buy anything he make like AutomatedTrader. Until now it is only promises.

Don’t buy. Don’t believe the Discord announcements about releasing a new version, bot, automated trader, etc. “in the coming days.” They already been doing that in more than 3 years.

Don’t fall for their marketing. When they say you'll never get at this price don't fall for that BS! They’re only saying that because they need investors to cover payments for developers to develop the product that’s still incomplete.

This company has no real intention of releasing updates on time. It’s always just promises.

I have joined trusted signals since their very begining , and days after day I feel that this company is growing and expanding to new dimensions. Trusted signals offer excellent trading indicators that can be used as a confirmation to enter or exit positions , also understand whether market is bullish or bearish , assist with setting TP / SL targets. and chart.... Now the latest thing is Autotrader collaboration with superb accuracy due to a great community if beta testers who are sharing successful settings every week.
I look forward to improve my trading journey with Trusted signals and invite all traders to join our group in discord too!

Very bad service. I bought my indicators and i didn’t receive it. After i tried to mail them but they didn’t answer and then i tried to send them on discord, also no response. I don’t how good this indicators are but this service is not nice for a customer who was really excited to cooperate with u.

15.05.2024 - 1 star - Total rubbish bussiness and products. They just fish money and don't offer any value, just lagging indicators/bots with ridiculous risk-reward ratios.
18.01.2024 - 2 stars - After a month of using this service, I cannot give more than 2 stars, because:
* the support is nonexistent - the last ticket doesn't have relevant activity from 3 days, there is no commitment in solving the ticket
* I have no access to indicators - I had access to them, but for some unknown reason they dissappeared from my invite-only list. I created a ticket for that, but no relevant support activity
* I have no access to AutomatedTrader, even if this was presented as included in lifetime membership. Without this I cannot forward test the signals of the indicators and bots in real time.
* Because of that last point, I cannot remove my suspicion that the bot is overfitted to look good in backtest and, in general, I cannot use their software on a live account
* The refund policy isn't respected - I launched a ticket for that in the correct timeframe ( 3 days from giving access to the indicators ), but the company owner just promised me that everything will be OK, so let's not proceed the refund. Now after a month ( refund timeframe passed ) I can see that I felt short for only some promises - nothing is OK on my side.

Now after a month I feel that my investment in this company wasn't a good decision. No hardfeelings, just a lesson learned.
I gave 2 stars because I still feel that the people involved in this company are not scammers, but their general execution isn't aligned with their initial good intentions. The missing three stars are for: missing support, missing AutomatedTrader account+TS indicators, missing profitability.

20.12.2023 - 5 stars - After a little wait, I received access for all indicators and tools, including V3 overlay. They are all pretty good, but of course they aren't some simple buttons with 100% success probability, so it is the trader's responsibility to combine them in the right way for him/her in order to obtain good results. Now, after understanding all the ups and downs of my subscription, I think this team is genuinely trying to offer a good value for its community of subscribers.

19.12.2023 - still 1 star - It proved that "Trusted Signals Head Admin" was just one of the many many impersonating identities for the real support team ( regular scammers pretending they are part of the real staff ). I read more attentively the #stay-alert channel and I also detected two more identities trying the same thing with me ( reported them on #report-scam channel ). The real support team never DM first, they work only through support tickets. The trouble is ... my ticket created yesterday doesn't have an answer yet, and still no access to indicators. I received a feedback on #support channel that they are working on many issues right now and all answers are delayed, but this delay will be taken into account and the 3 days trial will start only after I will have access to indicators. Now I wait ...

18.12.2023 - 1 star - I purchased yesterday a lifetime access at the price of 750$ ( using the lifetime limited offer and also a voucher code "SNIPER", both being available on their website ) with the goal of having access to V3 ( also according to their website - lifetime members have access to V3 ). I received by email only a "thank you" email, with a broken Discord invite link. I replied to the email requesting a valid Discord invite. After some hours without any other activity, I joined their general Discord channel from website and I wrote a support ticket in Discord requesting access to all the bundle ( indicators, signals, mentoring, etc. ). I received a friend invite from "Trusted Signals Head Admin", I accepted and in the chat he/she requested another paying of $300 in order to give access - the reason was that "the website is upgrading". So the website was misleading - I paid a lifetime subscription but I get nothing. After I concluded this ( and answered with my conclusion ), the "offer" was to pay just $100 supplementary for access. At this point, I requested a refund, as they have a 3 days refund policy from the first purchase. The answer was that "it can take 28 working days" ... an unrealistic time window for a refund ( normally it takes about 5 days maximum ) so I'm not sure this refund policy will be respected also, so their website is also misleading in this aspect. Maybe in 28 days the website will be down and money gone for good ....

In my opinion, taking money and not offering what you promised ( in my case not offering anything at all ) for those money is called SCAM. Also not honoring a refund policy that is boldly stated by yourself is also called SCAM.

Very unpleasant experience!

I joined TrustedSignals a few months ago. I invested in a lifetime access because I believe this company can really go far.

Especially thanks to ChrisP who is following up with everything, making sure things go smooth and giving the support that we all need.

I have high hopes for the collaboration between TrustedSignals and Automated Trader as well. I believe it's going to be very powerful together and may even change many lives if they deliver on their promises. Which so far, it looks like they will.

I'm happy I joined, but still need to wait and see if it will all work out. If it wouldn't turn out the way I expect now, I will update this review. Otherwise, you know what happened too. :)

I had a very good experience with TS! Thanks to TS being able to pass on a funded account, with the great work TS is doing new backtesting tools going further and further we are going to be pretty crazy not counting the great customer service they have.

My involvement with Trusted Signals began 2 years ago and must honestly say that their tools have allowed me to objectively trade the markets with total objectivity and high probability. Their latest addition V3 is an absolute gamechanger especially with the V3 BOT to allow one to back test various configurations with very high probability and also intergrating full automation with MT4 which is around the corner. The support has been excellent as there is also an excellent discord group where ideas are often been discussed to increase the bottom line...

I have been with Trusted Signals for over two years and they have always had a great product, but the new Version 3 has been released and it is unreal. It seems as though everyone has indicators these days, but no one has a strategy that goes along with those indicators. Take a leap of faith and try it out and you won't regret it!!

Been there since day 1, definitely worth it!
