Either me or my family members don't have any secondary accounts with this website.
And My account with this site is blocked when they have asked for a KYC document. I have submitted my KYC with them in 10 min of request.In Spite of that without any explanation they have disabled my account with 4400 USDT balance in it and Am ready for video call verification also.
This website has no habit of responding to email and live chat is not possible if your account is disabled.so be cautious with this website.
Overall never deal with this website were they claim NO KYC required after inbouding they will ask for KYC.
They never returned the deposit amount as well.
And i would be giving 5 Star if my issue was resolved.

Poor Support and No Birthday P
I’ve been using TrustDice for a while, and I honestly expected better. The platform itself runs smoothly, but there are major drawbacks that make it hard to recommend. First, there are no birthday rewards or bonuses, which most other online casinos offer as a small but meaningful gesture to loyal players.
What really killed my confidence, though, was when customer support was down for an entire day. No live chat, no response to tickets—nothing. That kind of downtime is unacceptable, especially when people have active balances and ongoing promotions.
To make matters worse, other online casino platforms provide far more generous rewards for deposits and consistent engagement, making TrustDice feel out of touch with player expectations.
