TRUSTOM FINANCIAL UAB was used by Atz Dietmar Peter and Kaspars Zvaigzne to launder money from the Latvian company Api Connect in Riga, which went bankrupt due to fraudulent bankruptcy and owed money to a number of Italian savers who had been defrauded by the two criminals.

I have been a client of TRUSTCOM FINANCIAL UAB for about 2 years now. NO problems so far! Very satisfied.

I had a bad experience with them. We opened a bank account after months of documents. we paid their heavy costs; and at the end, the account was useless. They keep 5% of the funds when you close the bank account.

Unfortunately only problems with absolutely all. It started with the never ending sign up process and a hundred of questions and different documents. I understand verification and to provide some documents is important, but not to ask so many questions.

Then directly when the first transfer arrived, same story and again 100 different question.

The card that was ordered 6 weeks ago for a fee of 50 € has still not arrived. Allegedly some problems with the delivery address.

I've never had so many problems with a company as with Trustcom. And for this our company paid 600€ to open the account, 100€ fees every month + 50€ to order a card. I'm really speechless.

I am really very sad and dissapointed so far with all. The positive is, it can only get better.

I followed signup process and i get 404 page in the end with return back button to restart signup

Tried to open account but they denied because they say I am US citizen despite my providing proof that I am no longer US citizen. Search the web, you can find better options Trustcom.

Was looking to open an account with this company and had a few questions...
They offer the worst "support" experience in financial industry. Support team couldn't reply to any of the questions asked, and was unable to confirm anything. A standard reply to any question is "you can find this information on our website" with a link to a page that does not provide the requested information.
It is even hard to say that their support is "worst", because it confirms they have a support team, while in fact, it basically does not exist.

Changes fees without notice!

I want to say that I am very pleased with the services of Trustcom Financial. In almost a year of relationship, I have no complaints. I can say that, not to be a traditional banking institution, your IBAN account and your Mastercard payment card work as such. I have received bank transfers via SEPA and SWIFT without problems, and when I have required to make payments, either through transfers or the use of the payment card, my beneficiaries and merchants have received my payments satisfactorily. Its online and mobile banking applications are not the most complete, I think they could be improved, however, operations can be done without problems. I would highly recommend Trustcom Financial services.

Good service, but we need an additional option to export a statement of transactions in EXEL format.

Not bad... quick opening, fast transfers

I have a personal bank account with Trustcom Financial and it’s great. I can easily pay everywhere with Trustcom prepaid card, and the instant notifications on the App are very useful, so I can check all the transactions on my bank account, completely safe. Also, the timing is excellent, I opened an account in 5 minutes, and after 4 days I received my amazing card. It’s a very good service, I love it!
