I paid for their service and instantly knew it was fake. Random data, no value, just charges

As mentioned by others people on here complaining about Trustcheck.club it’s a complete scam they give you a three free day trial and there’s no way of cancelling the subscription fee so they start charging you 19.99$ a week. I emailed there support team and did manage to get a reply to my email asking them to cancel the subscription fee but there response was to basically sign in to my Trustcheat.club account and cancel my subscription in the app. Yes that sounds all well and good but I’m unable to sign back in to the account to cancel the subscription.
I had to contact my bank directly and get them to cancel the card payment details for the subscription.
Trustcheat.club which I have personally renamed them due to it cheating me and many other people out of our hard earned money and not refunding us for there completely useless service.

Reviews swear it delivers insights, but mine delivered nothing but a frozen page. And worse surprise charges showed up later

Search results come up slow and sometimes they don`t appear at all. Makes it hard to trust the data

No refund policy anywhere visible. Once you pay, you`re stuck with whatever random info they give you

Support never replied to my request about incorrect results
Feels like they just take the payment and disappear

I entered a number out of curiosity and the result said the phone was in brazil i live in chicago men.. Then i saw a $25 charge i never approved

Had a small issue and contacted support — they replied quickly and helped me sort it out without any hassle. Appreciate the fast response, giving 5 stars for that.

This is review is a heads-up. Trustcheck is not a real service. The results were worthless, and the billing was sneaky. They don`t respond to support requests. I found dozens of other reviews saying the same thing

The service is very user-friendly and easy to use. A one-week subscription was enough for me to check all the contacts I was curious about. It’s a multifunctional tool, especially helpful for those who prefer not to answer calls from unknown numbers.

Felt stupid paid for obvious data, then hidden subscription drained my account

Warning, don`t use trustcheck. Results useless, billing shady and no way to contact
