Very poor service I was calling since one week For bulk product but all the time team said we will call you within 24 hours but you will never receive call .dont waste your time and energy on calling them.

Coco peat, Compost powder and jaggery was missing in the delivered package. Unable to use the product without these items.

I bought a gardening pipe with a spray gun from TrustBasket and it’s been a huge letdown. The quality is inferior—the pipe feels flimsy, and the spray gun barely works. For the ridiculously high price, I expected at least basic durability.

To make things worse, there’s no return policy, and the customer support chat is utterly useless—they don’t seem to understand or care about the customer’s concerns.

Avoid this product and seller if you value your time and money.

On 6th Jan, i placed an order for 2 choir baskets. I applied for cash on delivery. After i received the order, i realised that the size was incorrect and tried to return it. Everything went fine till it came to providing the refund. I was told initially that the same would be done via a "Razor Pay" upi link, then a month later, i was told the refund was already made to the bank account, for which I never received any intimation nor update. The account number used by them was wrong, they missed 1 digit and sent the money to a non existent account. This is extremely bad at their end since they did not even have the sense to do their due diligence of checking the right details, and now are entirely unwilling to make any amends.
