I called Fedloan and they said they do not work with this company and no settlement was made. I want my money back. There’s no valid website nor phone number. What trust arrow did was a crime. Beware of TRUST ARROW & other like business
I started working with TRUST ARROW in September of 2021. I was LEAD TO BELIEVE I was consolidating my student loan with 10 payments of 99.50 going TO MY DEBT. In 10 years if my income was under a certain amount, my debt would be forgiven I was not told in anyway that they were a "Consulatation Company" Forward to now. My last payment was 99.50 in June of 2022. Today 8/26/22 I find my debt IS NOT CONSOLIDATED and NOTHING went toward pay off of my loans as they LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE There are several of these companies are being SUED. DO NOT USE ANY go to the direct FED AID site and talk to ONLY THEM. This is DISGUSTING how these people prey on others trying to help themselves.
B4 they say I am a "Paid person from competitor" Its a lie, I have very much been taken for an idiot for 10 MONTHS Also loan consolidation NEVER CHARGES ANY FEES remember that

You didn’t leave your name, and what you describe is not our business, so we have every reason to believe this review is not legitimate or may be mistaking our service for another.
If you are a client, it means you contacted our office for help with repaying your student loans (we don’t call you). You spoke to a trained consultant for about an hour, and then signed a 6 page agreement explaining exactly what we do and who we are.
Your contract makes it clear the fee for the service is different from your loans, and if your consolidation was denied by the DOE, you may be entitled to a refund, so you can contact our office for that if that’s the case (your contract states this also).
We have an A+ rating with the Consumer Loan Bureau and have never been sued, as you imply. If you need help, contact our office or review your contract, if you are a real client it will be in your email.

Hi Jesse, it sounds like you misheard your agent. On a recorded phone call they state your loans will be out of default “once your enrollment is completed”, not your first payment. Your first payment is required to begin the process however, so that may have been the misunderstanding. Since you signed up less than a week ago, please allow some time for that to occur. Right now your account is in good standing and making progress with your processor, whom your account has been forwarded to for next steps. Please contact them at your earliest convenience and they’ll be glad to assist you.

So when I had signed up, immediately the Agent Sara Smith got smart with me over the phone. I still went through with it because I wanted to get rid of my student loans, i go online to read reviews and they are all bad. So i called to cancel & Sara repeatedly hung up on me, was being so rude to me saying I work a regular Job unlike her. If I could get ahold of someone that is hire up from her that I can personally talk too that would be great. Till then, i will be finding a different company that will help me out with my student loans.
& this has nothing to do with me getting a refund. This has something to do with how the agent SARA SMITH talked to me over the phone. She was being RUDE! this company is a joke.

Hello Kaley. Once you sign a 6 page contract to request changes to your student loans repayment plan, a short process is required to cancel. This is stated on your contract. Your representative explained this to you on multiple recorded phone calls politely, and ended the call when you did not accept the information. Nothing was wrong with your application or enrollment status, however, you requested to cancel your enrollment the first day and it was accepted. Your first payment was also refunded. There is no reason to file a complaint here, as it appears your main concern was that you read a review about someone else’s alleged experience, and were cancelled and refunded upon request, as our guarantee offers. This complaint does not belong here. In addition, we’d like to mention that Trust Pilots format encourages people like yourself to leave negative reviews, in order to coax a huge membership fee out of us, so that we can better control which reviews appear publicly. We are a document processor when changes are made to your loans, but we do not adjust your loan amounts, nor do we report to credit agencies. I tried them out but was dissatisfied with their services. After paying my fee, a week later called back and got the run around so I wait for someone to call, never did. So I called back a week later and was transferred 3 or 4 times then they hung up on me. So I cancelled my card so they could not pull more money out. When I did that they were quick to call and send emails. This place or people are a joke and would not trust them to do anything for me.

Trust Pilot reviews are more honest than google or tripadvisor
We are new to Trust Pilot so perhaps still in the "honeymoon period". Anyway, like many reviewers, we feel strongest about really good or really bad experiences so our scores tend to be either 5star or 1star. Trust Pilot has a mechanism for checking validity of reviews where they may ask for proof that the review is actually true (which is NOT the case for Trip Advisor or Google!). We like that and strongly believe reviews MUST be truthful statements, free from defamation and provable. We also believe that a review rating without comments is not a review by definition. Such a ruling would eliminate 100's of millions of google "reviews" immediately and leave the review "space" a cleaner and more reasonable environment for businesses everywhere. Keep up the good work Trust Pilot - we like you!

Intentional Misrepresentation
I was misinformed about the nature of this company. I was never told that the money I was told to pay was NOT going directly to my student loan! I just found out that the money that is being taken out of my paycheck every week is Trustpilot's FEE! That amount could have been going to my student loan to bring the amount in arrears back up to date!! I'm very unhappy with this arrangement. I could have spoken directly to the Student Loan commission and made arrangements!
