Servive was good. But I have not received the products, so I cannot say anything.
About on month later: I never had the items I ordered. Those were lying somewhere in Finland for 3 weeks and then were sent back to Denmark. I have no idea what happened. At least I got my money back. But the children did not get they birthday presents.

We're glad that you're pleased with our service and sorry for the waiting time. Once the parcel has been collected by the courier, it's out of our hands and when delivering outside of Denmark shipping time is often a bit unpredictable as the parcel is through different couriers.

They advertise free return. But actually the return is on your expense. Very unethical

We're sorry if you experienced paying for the return yourself. At the moment we offer free return to all Danish costumers, so if you're Danish there must have happened a misunderstanding at the postage office. We haven't experienced this problem before.
