Great service

Desi Nikova has been really helpful in booking our experience. Very responsive and quick to help find alternative times when our preferred dates were not available.

Great , professional and friendly service

I bought my friend a voucher for the Rose Brunch at the Shaard. Desi at Truly made the booking with the Shaard and we were sorted. Then we had friends who wanted to join us so Desi sorted this out and has made sure we are on the same table. I can't thank her enough as I did mess her about a bit !
Well done Truly I will definitely be using you again.

Easy, quick & great service

A great experience booking with the help of Desi. They were quick to respond to my original email & communication was brilliant. My husband & son are very much looking forward to their coaching sessions at Lords in May. 🏏 Would definitely recommend Truly & will be using them again in the future.

Voucher impossible to redeem since we can't contact anyone!

We have been given a voucher to redeem for a lovely restaurant in London and it has proved impossible to actually do so. Went to the website and we were informed that we couldn't book it through there and that we had to contact the Concierge@ email directly to do this. No answer from anyone at Truly despite several attempts to contact them following this. The listed phone number is beyond useless as it just directs you back to the website and the non-existent live chat service. All you can do on that one is submit a message and wait for an email back, that's just a contact form, and no answer received from that either. Not sure how we are supposed to proceed, or even exchange the voucher for something else, if we can't contact them.

She also replied to your two emails, with the last response received at 20:48 yesterday. Despite thorough searches, no evidence of prior communication before January 5th, 2024, was found.

We were gifted a Firmdale Film Club and…

We were gifted a Firmdale Film Club and meal and, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to contact Truly Experiences twice before attending. They are excellent. Quick to respond, very polite, reasonable and above all hugely helpful. Their customer services, in particular Desi Nikova, are the best we have ever dealt with. Many other organisations could learn from their superior standards.

Vanessa -Truly helpful

We had to cancel our planned visit due to illness.
Re-booked with a lady called Vanessa who was
extremely helpful and responded quickly to our
new booking request.
All email replies came thru promptly.
Very happy with this companies service.

Sent an email to them 3 days ago & via…

Sent an email to them 3 days ago & via chatbot- no reply. Tried phoning but not possible to talk to anybody.
I placed an order earlier this month & never received an email confirmation or certificate but the money has been taken.
**in light of this review Truly contacted me and showed proof that email responses had been sent which for some reason I never received. They used a personal email to finally reach me as it seems the official one wasn’t.
I have used Truly for a number of years and always been very happy with them. I have amended the rating to 4 stars from the original 1. One star deducted for following the awful trend of being unavailable over the ‘phone.

Voucher does not work

I received a voucher as a gift and when I try to book an experience the code does not work and it says to contact Truly experiences and the email provided does not work.

Another great experience sorted with Truly…

What I love most about Truly and their staff is their friendliness, attention to detail and ability to always resolve things easily for their customers like myself.

I have just booked an 8 course tasting menu at the Cinnamon Club for this Saturday evening and the speed of response and helpfulness to resolve a minor issue was fantastic!! Special mention to Desi and Maria.

I have used Truly on several occasions now and always feel they come up to the mark in providing great experiences. Kevin J
