*Update: 1 month on* and I have not had a response from Trulawn following their request to me to email them (after several phone calls and face to face visit). I would avoid this company like the plague as they have proven themselves (staff and management) to have no morals whatsoever.

My car was hit hard by a "Trulawn" branded truck whilst I was fully stationary - the van made considerable damaage to my car but did not stop.

The truck that hit me was captured on a witness' dashcam. The company name was identified by me and the witness and photos taken show a roll of artifical lawn in the back. Unfortunately the reg was not visible due to sunlight glare.

Despite several phone calls and a face to face conversation, Trulawn has refused to take any responsibilty whatsoever for this accident claiming that they have lost the password to their vehicule tracking system..... How convenient. They have been utterly disinterested.

If my experience of this company and their apparent lack of any sense of doing the right thing is anything to go by, I would suggest you find an alternative supplier - one with some morals.

Amazing! We love our new lawn so much, the quote process was easy and the guys installing the lawn were amazing, so professional, knowledgeable and clean! 100% recommend, it's made such a difference to our outside space.

The team was fantastic! They arrived right on time and worked tirelessly all day, super organised and precise. In the end, the job that was going to be done over 2 days, was finished within the first day. A very professional and highly skilled team. We were impressed and we super recommend their services!

Had been struggling with a real grass lawn for years, finally persuaded my wife that artificial grass was the way forward for us (partly so the kids can play out more often) and I’m so glad we did it! Should have done it years ago.

Fantastic from the word go. Quote was cheaper than we thought, communication was brilliant and the installation team were superb. Garden looks fantastic.

Helpful professional friendly staff from the first visit to discuss the lawn installation to the day of completion. The installers are extremely polite, tidy and good at what they do. Our garden is now complete with a lovely immaculate lawn and thorough advice on aftercare and maintenance was given. Looking forward to summer now as we won't have to mow it! Thanks so much. Would not hesitate to recommend yourselves.

Really recommend, great quote, not pushy. Then reliable and work of a high quality. Paul drinks tea (2 sugars) son (never got name but really nice) drinks cold drinks.

Just had a putting green installed by Ben and the team. Brilliant job, great lads. They were punctual, worked hard, were collaborative in understanding what I was looking for and left the place clean and tidy. I Had grass fitted in September 2023 and am still waiting for a fault to be fixed. I have contacted both Trulawn and the fitter of the grass many times and keep being advised something will happen but never does. Customer service is shocking its now 8 months down the line and the grass is still faulty with no sign of replacement. I'm just getting ignored now so hoping a public review might help.

We feel like we were sold the POOCH grass with unrealistic promises! Supposedly, it would NOT smell of urine, like the "cheap alternatives"! My husband noticed the smell after it being laid for just ONE week! By 2nd week, despite some heavy rain, the smell is still there! I have heavily hosed the garden to "reactivate" the anti-odour product - but the following day it still smells! We have a family gathering this afternoon, abd the weather is lovely (for first time this year) and our garden smells of wee!!! We will definitely be telling other friends what a waste of money it is, we are so disappointed!

From start to finish these people were amazing - Daniel came along with samples, really knew his stuff and was able to advise on the best product for my lawn and my family. The admin staff were great at helping organise the install, and made sure to keep me up to date with the process. The installers were really friendly, polite and worked so quickly! They did a great clean up job afterwards, and they gave me information on maintenance. If you are after artificial lawn then these are the people for the job!

Excellent service from first enquiry to completion of installation. I have recommended unreservedly to my next door neighbour. Also, a very reasonable all-in price.

We recently had the Supreme ‘grass’ laid in our garden and we couldn’t be more pleased with both the experience and end result.
