Failed in every respect

Failed in every respect. Never made appointment as promised, just arrived without any notice. Sprayed yard in heavy rain, then told us "Keep pets off yard until it dries." It rained all day. No one came to do analysis, etc. First treatment was supposed to be weed and fertilizer but tech said it was pest control. Complete waste of money. BTW, reviews for our town are universally negative.

I started TruGreen in June 2024 - Prepaid plus charged extra and results are poor

I started TruGreen in June 2024, prepaying for a year of lawn and tree/shrub service. My lawn is worse now and plants ave lost most of their leaves. My account was charged over $1100 to start and then my credit card was charged on top of pre-paid service. Customer service call center is in the Carribbean and they hang up on customers. No local or US assistance is available. I learned after 3 months of service that they believe they have drawn down my prepaid account by 60%, in 3 months.

I can't recommend based on results, cost, customer service phone lines and inability to speak with a person in the USA regarding how they took my funds.
