Update I spoke with very knowledgeable rep from corporate office and the billing matter has been resolved.

This is one of the worst experiences of my life. These people do not listen and are not on time. First, I called to sign up a few days ago. I just wanted lawn care. The salesman talked me into aeration and bug control. I received a notice yesterday that the bug spray guy would arrive between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm today. I took 1/2 day off from work to be home. Guy did not show by 12:00 pm and no texts or call to say why. I went to work. At 1:20 pm I get a text saying he would be there shortly and I'm guessing he sprayed, but no one was there to observe. Second, the salesman I originally talked to promised the aeration of my yard would not be done till March of 2023. I told him that was very, very important. I received no notice, but a guy showed up and aerated my yard right after the bug guy left and it's just early October, $600 shot to hell. I cancelled my service a few minutes ago. Billing lady said they made two other mistakes with my service. I will make sure they never get any more business in this area if at all possible.

I’m in the Richmond, va area, and had the worst experience with trugreen. I suspended service but they continued to come to my home. On June 24, they showed up and started treatment on my yard. I told them to stop and called customer service. Customer service is a real joke, they told me they will cancel my service and assured me my acc Will not be debited. The next day, trugreen debited my account. I called them again on the June 27, customer service assured me a refund in 7 to 10 business days. Today, July 8, no refund received yet, I called customer service to find no refund request was ever made on June 27. DO NOT TRUST TRUGREEN. DO NOT do business with this company.
