Terrible Customer Service
I went online last week to get some information about this company. Soon after, I received a call to discuss different plans. I told her that I woild call back when I was ready to move forward. Well, I received a call today from a guy asking if I had set up a plan, when I replied, no, I just got back in town and haven't gotten around to it yet, he replied, I guess that question was too hard at answer, and hung up on me. I called back and got another person, who appologized for his behavior, but with his poor customer service and these bad reviews I'm seeing on here, I may have dodged a headache.
