TruGreen - Pontiac Reviews 3

I went online last week to get some information about this company. Soon after, I received a call to discuss different plans. I told her that I woild call back when I was ready to move forward. Well, I received a call today from a guy asking if I had set up a plan, when I replied, no, I just got back in town and haven't gotten around to it yet, he replied, I guess that question was too hard at answer, and hung up on me. I called back and got another person, who appologized for his behavior, but with his poor customer service and these bad reviews I'm seeing on here, I may have dodged a headache.

We will never again use a national company for lawn care. Nobody is held accountable for poor service at TruGreen. We had to call them every time they came out for service because they did not treat our entire yard. We have security camera's and could see what they were doing. When we called the 800# they didn't care. They sent someone out to re-do the service but this company is a joke! A total rip-off for what we paid for.

I don't know how they are still in business. Bad customer service they don't listen to a word you say. Call all the time to sell me more crappy services. I went with a new company and it's like night and day difference.
