I had a guy come out to look at my lawn, asked me what I needed done to my lawn and asked me about any concerns I may have. I showed him my tree. He told me my tree had a fungus and that they could treat it because my tree is less than 25 feet tall. He quoted me a price and said I get a discount if I pre-pay for the year, so I said OK and I went ahead and paid for the service but when a technician came out the following week and informed me that he didn’t do trees, so I called the guy who came out and looked at my lawn he never answered his phone. He never replied to my text messages. I’ve called the company numerous times, and all I get is the runaround. It took almost 3 weeks for someone to call me back and every person I talk to tells me that they need to call somebody else and talk to them and nothing ever gets resolved. They just keep telling me I need to purchase the tree service separately and I don’t agree. I told the guy what I needed done and he quoted me a price and that price should be honored!!!!! It is not my fault that he misquoted me. It’s not my fault that no one in your company can make a decision and you have to call multiple people with no resolution! I have canceled my services and will definitely let people know not to use your company!

Completely worthless product and do not understand how this place is still actually in business. They will just flat out steal your money because your lawn will become worse and eventually die. Great exactly the opposite of what I wanted!!!
Salesman is just an untrained liar and will get you on any program no matter what your grass is.
ZERO WOULD BE THE CORRECT STAR RATING HERE.

Horrific. Caused extensive damage to my property. Incompetent, rude and unprofessional. Made a huge mess spilling chemical on my pavers snd damaging the paint on the house with the spray. Managemnt does not care to call or address the problems and damages.

I was highly disappointed in the service received from Trugreen. We had new sod, new sprinkler system and new landscaping. We selected Trugreen to treat our lawn. Our grass was a beautifully green until Trugreen began treating it. Our lawn turned brown and we have made many calls and are always promised that a supervisor will call us back. That never happens!!! I had spoken to several customer service reps and stated that no one should come to my home again until a leader addresses the damage caused. I took pictures of before Trugreen and after Trugreen. We had spent thousands of dollars on our lawn only to have it messed up! However, even when I spoke to a rep and told them not to have anyone else come to my home, they sent someone to my home and charged me! Horrible service and the customer is paying even more out of pocket to fix their mistake!

This is worst service I ever had.Just move and hired them to maintain the lawn but instead they destroy my lawn,they sent some branch manager to inspect and he said it my faults my lawn dead patches everywhere.NEVER AGAIN . Not the way to do business
