I have used true green four 2 years.For my trees and shrubs, and also my lawn. The worst choice i have made! Total disappointment and a rip off. I have contacted the district manager several times with no avail. There customer service rep was rude and not helpful . I asked for her last initial, so I can put her in with this bad review. But she refused to give it so angie.It is. Please do not waste your time and money with true green lawn service. I recommend using a local company in your area. I have had great luck with a company called it green horizons in Washington Township. Great family owned and operated service. If I can leave no stars I would have but it makes you have one star.

March 13 I prepaid TruGreen $1126.33 and on August 15 they charge on my credit card $76.51 without my authorization. I didn’t owe anything true Green claim they had been treating my lawn. I have all kinds of weeds, nut, crabgrass, and etc., and dry spots. The only thing they have done is sprayed for mosquito defense.lAugust 10 tech shows up for the lawn said, he didn’t have enough product for my lawn but noted the visit was completed on August 13, 2024. Same thing with another tech not enough product noted visit was completed. Tuesday, August 20 tech returned again this is September 1, 2024 I see no results as for my trees and shrubs no service at all , why are there so many people complaining with the same thing you guys are a rip off my lawn and trees should be beautiful
I didn’t get what I paid for. The season is over I need a refund for services not performed

Truegreen is a garbage crappy business
Truegreen is the worst company ever. Don’t go with them, two times this month they double charged me. They don’t come when there suppose to. I had canceled visit on a regular basis and the customer support don’t care about you. Truegreen good luck with your crappy business.

Please do not hire this company to do any work for you, as they will take your money without fulfilling the job. Send amateur workers to ruin your lawn rather than enhance it, and good luck getting through customer service. I would not recommend you use this company even to my worst enemy, it’s a total SCAM.

The Macomb MI branch sucks
The Macomb MI branch sucks! Service is awful! They don't spray on time; chemicals DO NOT KILL WEEDS! Mosquito service appears to be killing our lawn more. I'm charged for services that do not work for the last 3 years. Its been unacceptable since 2020! I've asked for cancellations several times to no avail. I refuse to use trugreen anymore moving forward.
