Awful service. Only showed up once for treatment then never showed back up to spray or treat the lawn. The first service never impacted the weeds at all. Complete waste.

We were Tru Green customers for almost 40 years, until this past December. Started getting calls from them that they hadn't received payment for the last treatment of the year, checked with Bank, yes check had cleared, so why the calls, when checking with the bank, they found that the check had been signed and cashed, but not by Trugreen. After a few calls to trugreen, I was told by customer service that someone associated with trugreen had stolen and cashed several checks. Noone from the company ever contacted us with this info, I had to ask for a refund, they weren't offering one. This has caused a major headache, bank accounts had to be closed, much stress, and never an explanation or apology, needless to say, no longer trust doing business with this company.

If I could give a 0 or negative stars I would. I have been with this company for a while now but over the last couple of years the service is horrible. I was having trouble with my yard 2 years ago so they came out and over seeded in the fall, in spring I had weeds galore. Last year we would get a text that our service had been performed, but there was no evidence that they had been there. One day the truck pulled up in front of the house. The guy sat in his truck for about 30 minutes and then left. he never got out or did anything. This year I got a text that my lime application had been done. When I got home there was no lime on the yard. It took 3 times to finally get them out there to get the application down. Within the last 3 weeks I have received 4 calls that they were coming out and still no one has shown up. I have bare spots, chic weed, crab grass, wild onion, violets and some other weed that I'm not even sure what it is. Save your money and use someone else if you want a nice healthy lawn.

Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and out right cheating company. My very first service started out okay, then on to second. However I called in to paused my third treatment plan but suddenly one of their True green employee came and knocked at my door for the third treatment. So I say, I have paused my treatment plan until I pay my balance down then BAM” I was hit with another CHARGE!! I was not aware until I opened the True Green app to discover this charge. I called and spoked to a agent but soon after he hung up in my face. Called again another hung up, then finally spoken to a manager if he was but not sure! He were decent considering the circumstance of clarification clearing this up. “He said he removed this charge and sorry for the mixup I hope you consider of using our services again!”he said. Meanwhile, After I paid my final balance of $49 back in November 2021 another $49 reappeared in the mail today February 3rd 2022. I got on the phone right of way to speak to agent concerning this charge she did not have no clue what charge it was for “hmmmmmm suspicious”! She then said hang on, then after 5-7 minutes dial tone of beeping sound of she hung up yet again from True Green customer services agents! Wow wow! I’m treating my own lawn, saving myself money, and humiliation!! Waste of time!!

I have called their incompetent customer service many times this year. Do not waste your time. It does not help.

And all my flowers died in one small bed after they came on one visit. So we weren't going to use them again and didn't take their calls. Well they renewed their contract without any agreement from us, they charged and came the first time without me noticing. The second time we saw them and i searched my card and found the charges. When I called to say i didn't authorize that they just said it's they're policy. Had to argue to get a refund but still only got one of the two refunded! Poor service and trickery with sales tactics
