started treatments April this year. never saw any improvements. then had one tech show up. said he treated the yard but my security camera showed him walking 1 trip down the yard (30x100) and left no treatment but still billed. complained got a new treatment. company acted like it didn't bother them at all. so they them said I needed seed....they quoted me $325. for a very small zero lot line house front yard only. ridiculous. I got very high equity seed myself for $45.00. and bought an applicator for $35 more. now 3 weeks later I made it look like a golf course. the 4 applications I paid for was a total waste of money. don't use them around richmond ky

My wife and I received a quote by a fast talking gentleman over the phone. As he was talking we requested that he email us the quote so we could look over his charges so we could sit and discuss the pricing with this contractor together; just my wife and me. He said that the company policy was not to do this because discounts were only good for the day and it would make him look bad if we called back in 24 hours and we were upset that we couldn't get what we were promised. Do yourself a favor...find someone else.
