Customer please beware!!! Trugreen is a scam. I have used Trugreen for years. Not anymore!!! My yard looks like a hunted house yard. They have totally destroyed my yard. My lawn looks like burning hay. The weeds have taken total control over my lawn. I am so embarrass of my lawn. I called them several times to complain. I was told by a supervisor that I need to dig up the weeds myself. They will not do that. The weeds looks like little trees growing out of the ground hundreds of them with stubborn roots. They were NOT there until Trugreen started treating my yard this season. I pleaded for a property visit by a supervisor and he told me to pull up my own weeds.....really. I am paying these guys for treating my weeds. I have never seen anything like this. Whatever they are using its not the same as in the past, they are not really treating my yard, or the workers are not trained to do the job. Whatever the case, they will NO longer get my business. I am going to tell everyone I know to NEVER use Trugreen!!!
