I've had trugreen for at least a year but they burnt my whole front lawn , I called to cancel but keep getting the run around, no call or plan has been made from the manager Josh or Joshua something like that in the Fayetteville NC area so I keep calling to cancel but they keep saying wait the manager Josh will call u but no call , All I can do is put in a claim to get the money back I'm spending to fix my lawn because trugreen is a scam and doesn't believe in taking ownership. The manager Josh came out to my house today and was very polite and knowledgeable, he showed everything I needed for my lawn and reassured to fix my lawn, he got started immediately on setting up a plan for my lawn with no charge 👍🏾, so I can stay it looks like he's trying to correct the problem with my lawn 👍🏾 Thanks Josh 💯, he sticks by his customers concerns

Truegreen is the worst big corporation I have ever tried to work with. They completely ruined our lawn and we have been trying to work with them for over 9 months to get some satisfaction. I wrote to the BBB and Truegreen responded to the BBB that they had finished our service and that we were satisfied. Have you ever tried to get a hold of anyone at that company besides the hundreds of employees who answer the phones, from their homes, and you get a different person every time you call. Our lawn still looks horrible and we can’t get anyone to call us back. Please do not hire this company.
