Destroyed my yard that was not even one year old when they started working on it. Refunded my money but I wanted them to fix it. They installed sod to replace some of the damage but it was totally brown and dead looking when they brought it. I am thousands out of pocket repairing the damage.

I have to say I am very disappointed with this company. I signed up for two services and they overbilled me. Our agreement was for a discounted half-cost service as a start and they billed $130+ instead of $30. This is clear fraud and when you look online at other consumer complaints you will see that this is a big issue at the corporate level. I even solicited a 3rd service and asked that salesman to alert the business of the issue. I never received a call till I called them to cancel. I tried to call the Daytona Beach TruGreen office but ended up transferred to the corporate office. All in all, I would not do this service. The results from the treatments they did in the first weeks of our agreement did not seem to do much. Very disappointed in the two men who were here in our home. I also was told that the products they are using are totally safe and that is just not the truth. The truth is: 53% of TruGreen's products include ingredients that are possible carcinogens. 41% of TruGreen's products include ingredients that are banned or restricted in other countries. 34% of TruGreen's products include ingredients that are known or suspected endocrine disruptors. They also claim that they have a 4-star rating with Trustpilot right on their website! This is false and they have a 2-star rating with over 5,000 reviews. That is horrible and a solid F rating.
