The Services Are Not Worth It
Evidently this company do not record the conversations with their employees and costumers. This company is only interested in their capital gain until professionalism is TOTALLY unnecessary. I paid for services FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS that i only recieved a portion of. Trugreen's astronomical prices ARE not displayed through such poor taste of costumer service from representatives. I was hung up on more than once and i couldn't take it no more. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! I TRIED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO CORRECT THEIR WRONGS. THEY DIDN'T CARE AND TRIED FIXING IT. I was talked to like lessor than an animal. AGAIN RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!

Trugreen killed my grass and growing more weeds
For the first 10 months, weeds slight disappeared. For the Last two months, during spring, I noticed that my centipede grass was all dead and the weeds were growing. The centipede was definitely not dormant because my neighbors grass was green. I have lots of pictures.
Money for nothing spent a lot of money for nothing!!!

Horrible service
Horrible service. More weeds in my lawn now than before they treated it. They never come when scheduled. I paid extra for spring aeration and they didn’t come until late summer, the time of year you’re not supposed to do it.
I paid upfront for a year and haven’t seen them for months.

This company has been a disaster since…
This company has been a disaster since I paid for my service. I still have weeds, which I paid extra. I was asked on a regular basis to get the service by Kle the sales rep, when I told him that I would contact them when I was ready. I have tried to contact him for the past month about the poor service, and he won't return my phone calls. But, you hounded me to get my money. They are never on time, never know what they are suppose to do. I have to call constantly to let them know that the lawn person doesn't know what to do. I have never experienced such incompatence in my life. I'm expecting a full refund of my money. Oh, one of the lawn care personnel was parked in my front yard sleep in the trunk. I had to wake him to do my lawn service. Such a waste of my money. Just a poorly ran business with a lack of communication. Vivian Madison the customer.

crappy service
Thank goodness for cameras. First time customer of TruGreen. Was expecting an assessment as a first time customer...at least that's what you are told on all their marketing. I was told the fungal areas were lack of water...interesting since it rains everyday and I know from past experience what fungus looks like. More importantly he didn't do 1/3 of my yard, and the parts he did do was incomplete at best cause I watched him do it, or put more appropriately watched him not do it. It is sad that you have to monitor a service to make sure the job gets done right.
Follow up comment...left a message last week for the local supervisor to call me and I was told he would call me by Saturday august 14...of course that never happened.
