TruGreen - Binghamton Reviews 2

Thought trugreen could take care of crab grass but was told i had nutsedge. Turns out it was crabgrass so they came back and resprayed now my lawn is burned.called to have some one look at it they said it was from the rain. so i called for a supervisor.

I have been a customer with TruGreen faithfully since 2009. Up until this season, I have been satisfied with the service. This year has been awful. Unfortunately, I paid for all applications for this season back in the late winter. I would have cancelled had I not.
Yesterday, I was home when TruGreen came to do an application. I watched the entire process, and the person, without a doubt, rushed through the entire application. He was gone within 5 minutes after a granular application. I have a larger yard and a properly applied application would definitely have taken more than 5 minutes. The inferior results certainly show in my yard. Dandelions and weeds are evident. I have already called on two occasions requesting re applications. I have emailed TruGreen regarding this and await a response. I am strongly considering terminating my dealings with TruGreen.
