Ordered 2 sets of lounge wear from Truffle India in Dec 2025 for Christmas. Two of them arrived fine and the third one was missing pyjamas. I tried contacting their customer care via phone, whatsapp, email and Instagram. Phone and whatsapp could never connect as the phone operator always said that the number is invalid. When I contacted them on Instagram, they refused to acknowledge that the faulty product is theirs. I had to send them a link of the product to prove it. What kind of business does not know its own products?

After escalating several times on Instagram, they said that someone from their customer team will be in touch with me. It has been months since this happened and no one has ever contacted me.

As a customer, I was never apologised to for the mistake they make. They never owned it in the first place. They never tried to help me out in any way.

The whole experience has been the WORST of my life. I work in a customer-facing role and I know what great customer service looks like.

Truffle India did not take care of me as a customer and noone in my circle will ever trust the brand to buy from them.

“I had a really bad experience with Truffle. I purchased two dresses worth ₹9900, kept one, and returned the other. The refund of ₹4800 was credited to my store wallet. However, without any notice or my consent, the ₹4800 was deducted.

I had not used this amount for any purchase. When I tried to place an order, the balance was already gone. This is my hard-earned money, and such unauthorized deductions are completely unacceptable.

I have tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times, but there has been no response. This also raises concerns about the safety of customer accounts and data.

I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.”

If only I could give review star less than 1. I wish I had gone through Reddit thread of the brand review. So many customers scammed. And now I’m one of them. I ordered five dresses from them for customized sizing. Issues -first if they did not even ask me for sizing I reached out to the number shared and gave the sizing and they acted like they took that into consideration. And then disappeared. No revert. No order update nothing. I had to message them on instagram thrice to get some update. Then after following up multiple times on multiple numbers - I got Dtdc tracking number. I was excited to get my order. I got my order. By default one size mentioned on all orders. Nothing customized nothing fit. All money down the drain. They don’t have the audacity to accept their mistake. They are telling me we don’t give refund. We can give exchange and store credit. Who is ordering from their shitty store again ? What’s the guarantee I’ll get correct order again ? God. I’m so frustrated. Please do not order from them. They have disabled comments on their insta page too to scam future customers. FYI they mention you get freebie if Labubu - guess what you get nothing. Liars.

It’s a big time scam. Never place an order with this fraud company they charge avg 10k for a dress and simply stop responding to our messages or calls. Once in a while share a message that we will ship the order. If we call them again and again they’ll switch off the phone. They are just taking the money away and vanishing. I’ve raised a complaint against this brand to Bangalore police we will be taking this further with a few others who has experienced the same. Fake brands like these should be banned.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I paid around ₹10,000 for a dress, and after that, the brand has been largely unresponsive.

There are frequent delays in communication, calls often go unanswered, and messages are ignored. Occasionally, they mention the order will be shipped, but there is no proper update or delivery.

Please be cautious and do proper research before ordering from this brand.
