We have had excellent service from Rachel and Katie over the last few months - Rachel has been incredibly patient with us during various changes and issues before helping us secure our dream house 😍

Katie is extremely efficient and ensured that we were kept up to date with everything; she chased our mortgage company and insurance so that everything was sorted for us in a timely manner.

Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and both Rachel and Katie were friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Kirsty was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As first time buyers we were both nervous and a bit clueless! Kirsty took the stress out of everything - she answered every question we had, dealt with things quickly when we found a house quicker than expected and just overall made the experience so much easier than we anticipated. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Unfortunately the service I received was less than satisfactory. Phill Green, the founder was great it has to be said, helpful and always communicated well. The advisors I dealt with were awful. It was clear they really weren't interested in helping/giving the best advice or service. A real shame when the initial impression of the company was so positive. I can't say all advisors would be the same but the 2 women I dealt with were terrible, no communication or effort.

Sarah is an absolute godsend. She worked tirelessly (even when 2 days away from having a baby) to get our mortgage completed. 100% recommended, very honest and great communication. Most definitely one of those mortgage brokers who looks after you that you can use many times over

Great service from beginning to end. Jon was really helpful and sorted everything out for us to remortgage. There was alot more involved then I anticipated but Jon sorted everything and it was completed very quickly. As a skilled tradesman that works in what can be a fairly high-pressure environment, I can appreciate someone who has an in-depth knowledge of their field, and the flexibility to work around my availability.

Kirsty was able to work around the schedule of two very busy people, and still provide the highest possible quality of service to us, even when we met on a Saturday evening.

Kirsty's access to so many lenders gave us so many more possibilities than had we looked for ourselves and led to us obtaining a mortgage deal that was over £100 per month cheaper than either of us expected. Kirsty gave us confidence that we were getting the best deal on our first home that we could possibly achieve, and managed to work around my partner’s temporary work contract situation.

We will certainly be using Kirsty's services again down the line when it comes to re-mortgaging after our fixed term expires, and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone we know who is looking to buy their next home or re-mortgage.

Brilliant understood everything all the way

Kirsty was amazing throughout the whole process. Kept in contact throughout, provided quick answers to all my questions and genuinely cared about the outcome. I will not use anyone else when applying for a mortgage.

I wasn't expecting much due to negative experiences with brokers in the past. However Jonathan Milne at Trufe proved me wrong, he offered a fantastic service. Honest and understanding at all times, going above and beyond in helping me select the best options for a mortgage transfer without pressure. Everything was explained thoroughly, nothing was too much trouble. Based on my amazing experience with this company, I would and have highly recommended them to everyone.
