Poor product quality, no service – and they blocked me!

I placed an order at Trufacebygrace but the item had a very obviouse manufacturing defect. I contacted customer service multiple times via different channels (email, contact form, social media), but never got a response.

Only after I left a negative review did the company reach out – offering me a store credit. This is not a real solution, especially considering I would have to spend money with them again to use it.

What’s more disturbing: after leaving honest reviews on Facebook, and their website, all of them were deleted. I was even blocked on Facebook, which is very unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this shop. I felt ignored and censored.
