The dual pane replacement window looks Awesome, the installation technicians were Awesome, the office management team and customer service NOT AWESOME, extremely disrespectful and rude. Will not use this company again.

I had a window that wouldn’t stay open, or close completely. The service techs who came out to determine what was needed were great! They told me what was needed, and because my windows were original, from 1991, they had to order the parts. They also showed me how to keep my windows moving smoothly by spraying silicone spray in each side.
Another tech came out and installed the parts, but one was defective. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he’d reorder. It was only a matter of days and another tech was back. Parts were installed in no time. He demonstrated the opening and closing to show me it was fixed and let me try it.
The service techs and the girls in the office are all great customer service representatives for True View. I’ll use them again for sure.

Company recommended by our Decorator. Arrangements for an estimate was timely. These were replacements in an older home so timeframe was several weeks out. Actually arrived several weeks earlier than original estimate so all good. Install went quickly and efficiently! Staff cleaned up areas and were very pleasant.

We had a sliding glass door installed. It was done efficiently and on schedule. We were extremely happy.

Didn’t clean up broken glass and debris left. Sloppy trim work. New stucco is already cracking around one window. Didn’t clean the windows before leaving. Cut our newly installed interior floor tile crooked and chipped a tile also. And someone from the crew urinated on our exterior wall.

Everything went smoothly with True View. I needed 2 windows replaced when I was selling my house. They came out promptly for measurements and came back with window when they said they would.

Great service and communication throughout the order and installation process. Very happy with the quality of the glass installed.

I'm sure they would probably be fine for a retail sale but as a B2B relationship, they don't seem to want one.

I had them install windows in my home 10 years ago and since then, they have come to repair my screens and replace a window that was shot out. They are always willing to work around my schedule to assist when I need it! Very professional!

I was given a timeline due to the company getting all parts required and it was met on time and work was completed when they said it would be done. Excellent workmanship and the crew was easy to work with.
