I am writing this review out of total frustration with the lack of accountability regarding my return and refund (TTS-Z / 2026-000771). It has been over a month since I followed every single bureaucratic instruction provided for a return, yet I have received zero information from the company. is completely unacceptable to hold a customer's money hostage while ignoring all lines of communication. I have done my part; the package is ready for you. I expect an immediate update on when my refund will be processed.

I ordered a full Tracksuit From essentials and ending up with just the hoodie! I had to reorder the pants because it was for a gift(did not arrive yet) . Ended up paying 50-60€ more than what the set said it would be. I would like a refund. They did not respond to my emails yet. So disspointed!!!! Waiting for a response.

They dont pay me money for products i sell them i think. I try ro contact them by lor of ways and they ignoring and ghosting me. Dont buy anything from them!!!

After almost 3 weeks sneakers did not arrive and nobody is answering my emails. I asked for a cancellation of my order and full refund and hope this will be managed. Worst service ever, never order from here!

Excelent service. Could use a little improvement on the shipping side - could be a little faster, but apart from that, everything’s perfect.

It was taking more than a month, they apologized and promised me a free cleaning kit that never arrived.
I’m dissapointed.

I am waiting for my money from True To Sole for many weeks already.
They are not replying, I would not advise to buy there or to sell to them. Potential fraud! I will need to contact a lawyer...

The delivery was significantly delayed compared to the original estimate, and I had to email your team multiple times for updates. Proactive communication and a realistic revised ETA would have helped a lot.

On the positive side, the sneakers themselves are excellent, great quality, and exactly what I expected.

they do not pay invoices as they should - debt collection procedures will be needed now. As of to every client that reads that, I advise you to not buy on TTS Site.

If anything changes about my situation I delete my comment, but for now it only reflects my true experience.

I ordered a pair of air jordan 1 retro og stealth on 21 august and they canceled my order after 4 days cause of a "logistics problem" and they gave me a voucher worth 5000HUF or 60RON(even tho my order was 650RON) instead of my money back, i requested a refund but i did not get it so far.EDIT: After 2 days the refund came, might order something from them in the future.

Delivery time was long,staff unprofessional

I ordered a pair of yeezy 350. After two weeks I was informed that there will be a delay, and after one month from order date, I have no clue if I will ever receive it!

Ordered a pair of Yeezy slides.
Of course I waited more than 14 working days, but that was not a problem, as I didn’t need the product “right away”.
The problem is now, when the size doesn’t fit, I sent an email on the exact day that I got them delivered and they didn’t answer so far.
So, it’s just lost money.
They lie about the delivery and worse: about the return policy, as there is no way you can return the product.
Definetely do not recommend.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 3rd of April and they did not arrive until 17th of April. I messaged them today to ask them if they are going to send them until 25th of April and if not I want my order to be cancelled and they cancelled my order. Very bad customer experience. Even though the delivery is from Hungary, I live in Romania so the delivery time should not be that long.

The “quality” is disappointing

I ordered a pair of yeezy 350 in the slate colorway on the 31st of December ,three weeks later after several emails which they responded with the shoes are in our foreign warehouse they are going to be shipped within 2 weeks (biggest lie is their "fast delivery"),after three weeks and another email they cancelled my order saying that they don't got my size in stock

Very slow delivery, customer service does not even answer the emails...

It took 29 days for them to send out my order which was a simple Jordan 4 isn’t a special one at all, although they said it will only took max 14 days, they not only doubled that time I had to call them 5 times during this month to make any progress with my order because I didn’t get any updates on my order for 20 days at all. Imo this is ridiculous even if they had to dig the shoe out from an Australian grave it wouldn’t took that much time. Nevertheless I can’t complain about anything else, the shoe and box was in perfect condition, they even sent a small gift for the misconception and the price is fairly okay but the shipping is terrible. I have to sadly say that i won’t be ordering online from True To Sole ever again.

The respone of the emails took to long i have to wait to long until delivery + i wanted to send back an item didn t find how .......
