The 14 day window for returns is…

The 14 day window for returns is unreasonable - we bought them for gifts so obviously could not be returned that fast, even unopened in packaging….
And it took weeks to come in the first place.

As for our return policy, as a general rule, our customers are indeed eligible for exchanges/returns if they contact us within 14 days of receiving their product. However, we understand that you the items you ordered are meant to be given as Christmas gifts, so there would have been no way to know whether they needed to be exchanged/returned in our specified timeframe.

Phished website

Phished website. IF they send something it will be trash. From Philadelphia PA. Will not credit for return. Uses USPS as shipper IF they send anything. Beware of hotlinks with possible malware.

UPDATED REVIEW The reply from the rep is insincere. The hoody never arrived and the shoes that came weeks later were cheap plastic junk (not as pictured)) not worth $ 35. each pair. I returned the shoes to the same address USPS they shipped from as their was no invoice or RA info.) "Emilia "sent an email that items were rreturnable. I did. No refund.

I paid for the hoody$ 99.00 and for the shoes $ 76.xx/
I want a refund for the hoody not recieved and the junk shoes. There is no excuse-they were not worn no opened from their plastic wrappings. The order is #1TS4162!. Your company sent me a bogus tracking number that went to a webpage with http - no security structure and nothing on the page. Was that malware? Refund my money - that is the way to fix this interstate fraud transaction.

I am torn

I am torn. The non existent customer services is really not confidence inspiring.

The delivery times for my order where long (weeks).

But the product... IT ROCKS! Bought a tactical hoody and love it. It does live up to its promises.

Same as everyone else here

Same as everyone else here. Horrible company. I ordered 2 hoodies. Zero tracking info never received. I had ordered another hoodie from them a few months ago. They charged me for 2 only got one and it took over a month. Tried contacting customer service...zero response to multiple emails I sent. It's ridiculous that this company hasn't been shut down. Total scam. My lawyer is working on it. Everyone hammer their social platforms to inform everyone of this company. Theirs! Prob in China somewhere

On top of that, when you did receive it, only one out of two Baerskin Hoodies you ordered was delivered to you - and when you tried reaching out to us, you did not receive a response.

Regarding our shipping time, we admit that we have had issues with it in the past year. Luckily, we have found better transportation solutions, so we expect things to improve soon.

As for your order, we would like to clarify that we have multiple warehouses all over the world, and we always ship orders out from the warehouse nearest to the customer’s location, where the ordered items are in stock. It is possible that the items you ordered are not in stock at the same warehouse, so they were shipped out from seperate warehouses and different times instead.

Place my order Oct 31st 2022. Received a tracking number Nov 15th would ship within 10-14 days.

ZERO STARS FOR TRUTWATS

There really should be an option for no stars. This company does not deserve one star. there's no phone number they do not reply to emails. Customer service is nonexistent. I don't know why I bought this without doing a Google search for reviews of the company first. I usually do and yet I've learned this lesson again. Obviously as you can see here if you've spent your money on this product you've basically thrown it away.

Very poor service, avoid

Very poor service. Ordered in November and hasn't arrived in time for Christmas.

Contacted customer service and no response. Wish I'd checked the reviews here as I can see a lot of people have experienced the same.

Will be asking for a full refund as thankfully got this on my credit card.

Wasn’t happy but the product did arrive

Placed my order 11/25/22. It is now 12/22 and my package has been in transit for 15 days and the tracking is showing it’s not even half way here.
Supposed to be a Christmas present but it won’t be here in time.
The website says you should receive your package between 10-14 days after placing an order.

I also reached out to customer service 12/7 and have yet to hear back.

I’m super disappointed. I thought the reviews on the website were real and thought this would be a great gift for my boyfriend. I pray it comes and was worth the $100 I spent. If it comes and is in good condition maybe I will change my review. For now 1 star.

The product came and was good condition.

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered a hoodie for my husband in November. It took forever to arrive, then it arrived damaged. I emailed them to ask them to send me a return shipping label as per return instructions on their website. They took forever to reply, then they replied asking me to send pictures of the damage. I sent pictures and they replied days later asking if they could make up for it by sending me another hoodie. I replied back saying no that I’d like to return the item and to please send a shipping label.
A minute after I replied to the email I got a notification saying my email wasn’t sent and that they had blocked my email!
I have already disputed the charge with my CC company. These people are despicable and running a scam!!
They have an ad running on YouTube which is where I saw them, thinking it was legit. It’s not!

Total Rip Off--STAY AWAY

I made my order on 10/28/22 and for nearly a month I did not receive any updated shipping information. I contacted the seller and got no reply. I then contacted PayPal and opened a case and shortly after I obtained shipping information and a reply from the seller (Imagine that). I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT despite their shipping status and customer service has failed to contact me after the product was "allegedly" delivered.

Wish there was 1 star. It is a boxy terrible fit. They say they have free returns. It is not true. Can’t get anyone to answer e mails or chats. Stay away and shame on YouTube for promoting a cheap Chinese knockoff with false customer service claims

It's a Scam, or at least appears to be a scam. Ordered the Bærskin Tactical Hoodie over a month ago and have yet to get my order. I reached out to their customer support multiple times and no response.

I ordered a Baerskin Hoodie on November…

I ordered a Baerskin Hoodie on November 29th and it was delivered today. Like many of you, I was concerned I had been scammed! They took my money but I didn’t receive any shipping information and when I tried contacting them, I didn’t get a response. Thought I would wait a little while longer and glad I did. The hoodie arrived and was exactly what I had ordered. While the customer service is clearly lacking, I am pleased with the final product. I hope you eventually have success as well!

I haven’t received the item

I haven’t received the item. I have contacted the company and no response. I suspect I will refer the jacket at some point, but I should’ve known better. Wouldn’t suggest purchasing from this company and buyer beware.

Clearly a scam, thanks to YouTube

Clearly a scam with total support of YouTube and Google. They allowed TrueSwat get to us, look legit and enabling TrueSwat to steal our money.
So Google and YouTube they are accomplices in this scam, they provided everything to make it possible. Should they give us our money back or partially?

Who is going to put these scammers in jail?
