Good range of experiences, but the company overall and their booking terms make it all feel a bit too shady.
If you e.g. book a restaurant visit, you can’t cancel it and get a refund (not even 2 months in advance). Those terms are not really clearly stated, and the customer service will not inform you if you call and ask to cancel.
In addition, the customer service is in Danish only

I ordered a giftcard with a greeting and had to change what greeting I put after ordering. Contacted customer service, they were very accommodating, unfortunately it arrived with the original greeting. When I contacted customer service about the possibility to receive a new package, they agreed right away without any issues.
10/10 experience, they were so pleasant to deal with and responses were quick!
