Altered view
Having purchased a chainsaw that should never have left the factory, I wrote a decidedly scathing and uncomplimentary review. However, Trueshopper reacted sensibly, asking for photos in evidence of my contentions on receipt of which they offered a full refund but requested that I amend my review. I promised to do so on receipt of the refund.
I have so far failed to access my original review, so cannot amend it. But I can write this to hopefully mitigate the effect of the original.
Although any company that delivers rubbish can hardly expect glowing 'five-star' reviews, when they endeavour to make amends that should be recorded in their favour. Mistakes arise in the best regulated organisations; it is what happens when they come to light that defines the calibre of those involved.
