Awful company. Been over a month now and have not sent me the goods. Do not get scammed. Also make sure you delete all card details off the site.

There was a small problem when I received my order. So I sent an email to customer service and got a reply immediately. In no time my problem was resolved. I think they work hard to make sure that their customers are happy! It's nice to find a company that really cares!

Everything was great, I would purchase the 6 in 1 Lymphatic Process pills to assist with some Lymphatic issues. So, I ordered less than 2 weeks ago, I received 3pks..of the pills, now, not even a week later, True Nutra sends a withdrawal from my bank account today for over $32..uhmm, excuse me, I was not aware of an autoship on my account, nor did anyone inform me before shipment which was sent last week or so. So, im not giving my bank information to any other f'ing company to just leisurely go into my account, and deduct when they feel like it..absurd! Im soo over this..wow..

The customer service with this company is amazing.
True Nutra stands behind their products. They have a lot of products in are very good products.
My latest one is Lymphatic Complex, what is during for me , my puffiness has gone down and helping on stiff joints is wonderful.
I ended up with a subscription that I did not want and they were able to cancel it for me. However, instead of canceling it, I have paused it to the end of the month. The team will work with you to make a subscription work for you including if you want to cancel it. They are so willing to work with you. And they are an amazing team of people.
If you are thinking of trying this product, I suggest you try it.If you do not like it , you do have guarantees.

The True Nutra Oil of Oregano is excellent. It performs just as specified, giving the healthy results as expected. Great Product!

When I found True Nutra I was an out of control Diabetic. My A1C was 12.8 and climbing. I discussed with my doctor about me trying True Nutra. So she researched it to make sure there would not be any major side effects mixing with the insulin I am on. My doctor give me the go ahead with it. I made my first order in December. I went last week(May 2026) to have A1C checked I was at 7.4. My doctor was very impressed since the insulin with other diabetic meds only took my A1C higher. Insulin and True Nutra brought it down and it's still going down. Only 2 more points and my doctor said she will lower my insulin or take me off. OFF is my goal. I made my second order today. 💚💚💚💚💚💚

Do not buy or purchase anything from this company they keep taking out funds from my credit card after canceling various times which they don’t pay any attention to;
as long as you have a working credit card they keep taking out funds.

Scam behaviour. Be careful ordering from this company. I made a one-off purchase of some vitamin D supplements. A month later a second charge went through on my card as a subscription. I never signed up for any subscription. When I emailed them to cancel they claimed the order was already with the warehouse and could not be stopped. They claimed to cancel my subscription and sent me a link to a portal I’ve never been able to access before, where it said cancelled. Absolutely regret purchasing from them.

Last month I ordered a couple bags of oil of oregano from True Nutra but found it much cheaper at another shop so I wanted to cancel my order. There is no way of canceling an order on their website, no phone number to call for support you have to email the company and ask for a cancellation. I heard back from the company that they could not cancel my order because it was already shipped (this was minutes after placing the order) but they said they would cancel my “subscription” so I wouldn’t be charged again. I didn’t realize I had signed up for a subscription but didn’t think much of it until yesterday when they charged me again. I got a notification from SHOP that another order from True Nutra was placed so I immediately emailed the company to cancel. Once again they told me they couldn’t cancel as my order has already been shipped but that they would cancel my subscription for real this time. I wasn’t happy with that answer so they offered to refund me 10% which was $3.80. Puhleeeeeeeease! Then today I got another notification from SHOP stating that my order was ready to ship. So they lied when they said it was too late to cancel because the order had already been shipped out and they lied when they said they cancelled my subscription because clearly they did not. The 2 orders combined were nearly $80 and they refunded me $3.80 What a scam of a company! Do not purchase anything from them I’m sure you can find whatever you are looking for cheaper elsewhere and you won’t have to sign up for a subscription you don’t want or are not aware of.

How can one star review give a 3,5 stars result? I read somewhere on Trustpilot.com that if they are referred to in an ad you shold be transferred to Trustpilot if you click on the stars! I did this in Truenutras ad and only got to their order site! So the stars are bogus!!!

I made multiple purchases from this company based on promotional offers that included additional Magnesium bottles tied to each transaction. Those promotional items were never delivered.

The advertising was misleading, as the promised items were not fulfilled despite being clearly presented as part of the purchase. I had to follow up and pursue the issue to get a resolution.

While I eventually received a refund, it only happened after I took further action. This should not be necessary for customers to receive what was originally promised.

They also setup up a subscription unbeknownst to me and without my authorization.

I recommend caution when dealing with this business due to concerns about fulfillment of advertised promotions.
