Renewed my MTG to True North from a top bank and process was smooth and efficient. MTG Agent Sharan did a tremendous job in assisting our transfer. He Provided clarifications on our questions with great patience. Over all very satisfied with the process and great work team TN.

Terrible Customer Service , the agent thought he knows everything . Education with Veterans Pay System would be a start . Never recommend This Brokerage to anyone . The mortgage Broker , Thought he new everything . Fast to hang up , Went I correct him .

Brian Holland was instrumental in helping my husband and I get the best rate, stream lined the process and gave us updates during each step of the process. After having had a horribly drawn out renewal with the big box banks, Brian was a complete breath of fresh air. Brian will be doing all of our future mortgages.

I don't trust companies that pop up on social media, but after doing some research into mortgages online, I received an ad from True North Mortgage and decided to take a chance. Mitch Monaco contacted me immediately and provided quick and accurate answers to my questions and didn't mislead me on the things he wasn't sure about. He simply returned my call with clarifications of all my questions. There was no time wasted, as I was given a competitive rate over the phone and after providing a minimal amount of information, my rate was locked in.

I'm a naturally anxious person, so I double and triple check all my facts. Mitch didn't get annoyed, nor did he freeze me out or not return my calls, as some people tend to do with anxious clients. The process was very smooth and not stressful.

I'd recommend dealing with True North Mortgage, specifically, Mitch Monaco, as he is wonderful to deal with. I fully intend to call him again in 5 years, should I require another mortgage.

Earlier this year, before my 5-year fixed mortgage expired, I reached out to Truth North Mortgage to discuss my renewal options. Sam Chen, a Mortgage Specialist, assisted me in gathering the relevant information and mentioned that he would follow up in March. We financed a new mortgage through True North when we needed to renew as we did not want to stay with our current lender. We liked that the brokers at True North are salaried and not commission based, which means they won't just go with the lender that gives them the highest commission. This was our first time renewing a mortgage as we had not lived in Canada previously as home owners. We hooked up with Madhur Tyagi (Maddy) at True North and he walked us though the process; answering all our questions and informing us on everything else we were not familiar with. He was patient in answering our many inquiries and wonderfully quick at getting back to our emails and voicemails. We felt very secure and at ease with Maddy and knew that things would be done on time. True North gave us a fantastic 5year fixed rate.
Maddy kept us abreast of everything as it took place and even worked a miracle last minute with the FCT to push up the signing as my husband would be out of the country and unavailable at the normal time. Everything was handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

We have already reccomended Maddy and True North to our relatives and many of our friends. We have no reservations recommending them to anyone.
