I had played off a free bonus and won $100. I requested withdrawal and it wouldn't allow me to withdraw. I reached out to the casino live chat and was told that withdrawal is only allowed for players that make deposits and was told to make a $10 minimum deposit so I did. I went and requested my withdrawal again and it allowed me to make my request. I had them a few minutes later received a email requesting documents. I sent the requested documents and roughly about an hour later my documents were approved. Do I reached out to the chat agents regarding my withdrawal and was told that once my documents were approved I would receive it and it could take up to 18 business days. I had informed them that my documents were approved the same day they were requested and they still said 18 days are you kidding me.its been 12 days already and still nothing. Every time I reach out to chat they say my withdrawal is still within the timeframe.

I feel this is a bait and switch casino. The offer is 50 with 30x rollover, (1,500) except your site does not give us the code to get that bonus so I asked customer service, (who by the way was great and I understand it is out of her hands) A bonus was activated from them for me for 50 chip with a 400x rollover (20,000) with a max 50 withdrawal!!! A RIDICULOUS OFFER. I messaged CS and obviously they can do nothing about it So just be very careful and the bonus they actually give you because it is not the one they offer to get you to sign up. They need to honor the offer you were offered not one with outrageous unrealistic outcomes

Their "promotions" or "freebies" of ANY kind are all a massive scam. Unless you think that being given a $10 free chip that then is only valid for their WORST games with garbage RTP and if that weren't sad enough .. for the $10 chip you have to then wager $4000!! I deposited a few times, and won $400.. then I go withdrawal and they ask for my documents, then once my documents were approved, then they say it’s an 18 business day wait, but if I did it through. Crypto it would be a lot faster.. I did do it through crypto and not faster at all. They did the exact same thing for me. I've deposited before, but never withdrew. Then I quit using the site for a while. They sent me a promotion that even said, no deposit required. I tried it and won a little bit. Nothing big either about $50. I then was told I had to fill out the credit card form since I had used my credit card in the past. Customer service would say they sent it but I never got it, then they changed my email and I never got it there either. That took about a week to two weeks before I finally googled it and found it was on their site and they could've sent me a link.... That made me suspicious. Then I had to send in documents and it could take 5 days to verify.... Then I was told 3-5 days .... I thought they meant total, but then they told me no after the verifications..... The next day I was told 5-11 days.... The next day 5-18 days..... It remained 5-18 days and I was told there's no problem, you will be paid in the timeframe. Well today is day 18 after the two week credit card processing and the 5 day verification.....so almost two months ivw been waiting and I even asked last night and they said there was no problem. Today I'm told, I will not be paid out because the "no deposit" winnings aren't acceptable and I need to have made a deposit........ If I could rate then negatively I would..... I thought everything I had to go through just for 70 was ridiculous...... And then for them to be like screw you at the very last second...... Shady and rude ....... Withdrawal of £300 claimed 16 feb 2024. Was asked to send verificaton documents and recieved e mail to say that they were recieved and verified. 16 days later when enquiring about when i would recieve my withdrawal was told that i had not sent all the required documents. So i resent the same documents (exact same ones) that i had sent previously and was told that i would expect my withdrawal in approx 5 to 18 working days. So allowing for bank holidays fast forward to 17th april. I recieved £200 and was told that as i only deposited £20 i would only recieve £200. This site is an absolute disgrace anyone and everyone should steer well clear of it.
