As a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor, I offer Pilates classes in Thame and Princes Risborough. These classes are based on Joseph Pilates' original 34 exercises. I also offer, as being Level 3 Pre and Postnatal qualified, Buggy Beat postnatal outdoor exercise classes in Thame, Chinnor and Princes Risborough. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I also offer PT sessions in Thame, Chinnor and the surrounding areas plus the added option of one to one Pilates PT sessions. I also have a fabulous online studio, Glow Studio at True Fitness with Carrie, which is based online and offers barre, Pilates and HIIT sessions weekly. Also online is my Lift Lean group, which focusses on strength training for women based on my website and on Facebook.
