They are full scammers
They are full scammers. There is a cancelation of my subscription on April the 15th, but the still tried to charge me twice since then. My card is prepaid, so their attempts were in vain, but still. I contacted them via chat and they insisted there is nothing on their system. I did some digging and their info are false. Additionally, they do not provide you with the legal info of the company. On the contrary, they asked for a 4-5 star review on trustpilot in order to return my money back. Mr Eugene said that via email. I never asked for money, because they never succeeded to charge me, so Be Careful EVERYONE!

Previous agent told me that I won't be receiving any charges of any amount after I decided to cancel my membership.
However, I received a notification that I have been deducted with the same amount. The first agent I talked way back Feb 6, 2025
mentioned to me that it was my first top up.
But now Feb 24, 2025, the agent told me again that the deduction was my first top up. Funny isn't it? Telling you twice that the amount that was been deducted is your FIRST TOP UP
