trust your gut and stay away.

+1 star because they did actually refund my money after i cancelled my order. so they’ve at least got going for them.

Exceeded Expectations - give them a chance

I placed an order in mid-November (as a Christmas gift) but the order was significantly delayed (an extra month) due to them receiving the wrong size. Rather than cancel the order and refund my money they bought a brand new item directly from the luxury brand and shipped it to me overnight.

Wife loves the item (and it was expensive)!

This company is a sham

This company is a sham! I processed an order online and had an offer accepted I attempted all day with 11 emails and calling 3+ hrs to get a response and no response .
Everyone online needs to stay away from this company

One is amazed how helpful and how much the staff knows about jewelry. They are patient and you have all the time you want to review the different watches. I personally love their beautiful watches and in the future a lot of my watches will be bought there.

Bryan, Shawn and the whole Truefacet team did an amazing job with all my purchases! Ive shopped with them multiple times now in the last 60 days. Prices cant be beat and customer service was top notch. If you ever need a new timepiece, dont hesitate to give Shawn or Bryan a call/email. Great group at Truefacet.
