Merchant accepted my order (and with extra money paid for expedited shipping). Order confirmation received and my card was charged. But order never shipped and merchant did not answer the multiple emails I sent over a 2 week period to inquire about my order. I would not order from this merchant.
Placed a sizable order. Reached out via email after 3 days asking when I could expect shipment. No reply. Reached out again 2 days later. No reply. Next day received notification of a refund. To say this companies business practices are sloppy is putting it mildly. I believe Truedistro.com lists merchandise they do not have in stock. Whether this is from not doing their due diligence with inventory or hoping they can get the order in and then ship to the customer, I don't know. Doesn't matter because I won't be back EVER!
