Poor service. Did not explain reason for treatment. Treatment ineffective. Charged me for 30 minutes but only 15 minutes of service. Useless. Stay away.

A place for caregivers
It was vital for me to remain an independent caregiver. Sites like TrueCare24 allow you to find clients and build your career. I had the only client from here so far, but everything was organized quickly and conveniently for me. Everything paid as agreed. You can deal with them.

Nice support when things went unexpected
When I suddenly broke my ankle, I could not drive myself to the hospital for other necessary procedures. So I went to them to get me a driver who would also be a manager. Their team coped quite quickly, and I got excellent support during my rehabilitation period.

They took care of my grandfather
I've used Truecare before my business trip while I had to leave my grandfather alone for a week.
That was a stressful time, but Truecare did their job in a calm but professional way. In 2 days, they've provided me to interview with four candidates. Beth was a great match.
After the weekly experience, I've asked my grandfather about the care he was given. He said it was the same care he had from a family member, just great.

Useful service for urgent caregivers' search
I could easily figure out how the service works. The case manager quickly called back and clarified all the details. Two interviews were organized for me, I stopped at one of the candidates and signed a contract. Everything was fast and convenient.

I have had issues with my leg, could not get to a doctor, so I used their house call doctor services. Worked out great, same price or cheaper then the ER.
