Paid $345 and got the same lead over and over, it wasn't an actual lead just an investor wanting to make contacts. They wouldn't respond to my requests for refund so I filed through Chase and got my money back. DO NOT DO IT!!
Wasted money, it was a 'special deal' for only $350 set up. I got 3 leads the first month, all three were 'we buy homes for cash' guys looking for off market leads. Take your favorite client out to dinner instead, you'll get a much better return.
Wish i could give -5 because this company is a scam. They said they will give you qualified leads per month. and set up fee is $300. and leads are just random people in the area that you want to cover the phone numbers are not even working or fax number. They wont give any refund.
I signed up for this service in Jan of 2021. I was told I would receive about 10 verified leads a month. The most that I have received in a month is 5 Which have not been verified. The leads are wrong numbers, disconnected number, people who have no idea how I got their number, and real estate companies. When I call to see why the leads are not verified they said they only check to see if information is on the form not if the information is corrected. They stated they would replace the bad leads buy I have yet to see any replaced. I call each month and each month the same song and dance. I would love for someone who use this service to tell me other wise. Check their facebook page and they have a 1 star. Do not waste your time or energy on this company.
I have used their system but they are giving the leads that were not in my area and they would not answer the calls I am not happy at all and I think you should not choose them. it is not worth of money.

The quality of the leads are stronger and truly are exclusive. The ISA have wonderful people skills. They are personable, friendly and have a passion to help the client and realtor start on the right relationship. Thankfully this is more of a Concierge platform with out the Concierge price tag.
TrueConnectRE has been a great asset in growing my business. I would recommend their services to both new and experience agents. In the last 6 weeks I have over 100 leads in my pipeline and I am actively working with 10 clients. Extremely happy with their assistance.
