Hi ... the product i ordered wasn't the one that arrived ... when I sent email to inform the vendor I didnt receive an answer but I managed to sort out the problem and make the product work in a different way

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered an item on 30/10/2025. I have emailed twice about it and wrote to this company on Facebook and no reply from them. It’s very disappointing. And now they have their website taken down. A small bit of communication would be nice.

Have received the part after weeks of…

Have received the part after weeks of waiting now I have received an invoice for £42.50 for shipping . They must be joking . It took over 12 weeks for delivery If they expect me to pay the carrier I don’t call them a trust worthy company

Good product but wrong colour to web image

Unfortunately the product that arrived, although correctly described as Dark Grey and box ticked Dark Grey is more of a "light grey colour" ? The picture on the website perfectly matches what I needed but the actual product is too light in colour :(

It’s taken a long time with high demand and shipping has been slow but pretty good with communication.
