NO STARS. Ordered 3 pairs of boots. Previous orders had no problems. This time had to return as sizing out (too big), one wrong colour, and one ill fitting all over.
They will not refund. They sent me a return label after months of fighting and now they have my money, over $619 Plus my boots that had been returned and I have proof of this via Aus Post tracking and photos. They are ignoring me. I am desperately needing help. This has taken its toll. 3 months of extremely bad and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANYONE?
