I've only been a customer for 3 years now, but BOY am I glad I changed from our previous supplier.
Alan is fantastic - great with communication, and amazing prices. For a company in a different state, I had my order delivered within two weeks.
Also, if any of the items are broken or incorrect, Alan happily resends.
I am a very happy customer, and as long as I run this program, I will continue to go to Alan.

Parcel left out in the rain when…
Parcel left out in the rain when unaware of delivery. Disappointed as noticed a typo error but you would think company would check with customer before printing.

Super, Speedy Service
My order was placed with a very short time frame due to outside influences, and even though the original choice of medal was unfortunately out of stock, Graham, with great customer service, suggested a very suitable alternative, with accompanying picture, and the order was carried out before the deadline. The order arrived 2 days before the date requested a very speedy service.

First cups purchased, will repeat
The cups were delivered safely and on the day suggested by both myself and royal mail.
It a pity I could not track the parcel, but that said, it did arrive before 11am.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, did a big order and received them (all engraved) in a very timely manner. Would order from here again in the future if I ever had to host an event again (which I doubt) but who knows maybe in another 5 years! Also excellent quality on all of the medals - some slight stains on some of them but barely noticeable and definitely worth it especially at the price point. Very heavy and made my bag feel like a ton of bricks but that's how we like it

No item delivered
No item delivered. Message over weekend to say unavailable so I asked for a refund. No refund confirmed so chased today to be told it’s been requested but no further info and not arrived.
As they’ve responded below i thought I’d update. They did say they couldn’t provide and where moving ( I would’ve expected some kind of warning of this when I ordered). I ordered on the 16th and they didn’t inform me until the 18th they couldn’t meet requirements. As I knew it would be too late I asked for a refund. I also asked them to confirm the refund on the 18th. As I’d heard nothing by the 23rd I chased again to be told they’d requested it via stripe?? I’ve no idea who stripe where but at the time of writing no refund had been given.
The reply only confirms that my original review was spot on and not only did they not deliver but don’t have much respect or general courtesy for customers!!

Hi. As spoken about in the week sating we didn't have in stock and offered a different medal as was told no didn't want that one. Also we stated that we was moving buildings till the 26th. As was informed that if we couldn't do this medal please can we have a refund that was done the same day stripe is the payment gateway that you paid by with your card. as shown refund was done on the 19 Sep 2022, 08:10 by Graham Johnson after we contacted you with a different medal that you turned down
